After the hard work we've done it was homecoming day. I wore my Barton shirt and it was a very busy day.
The parade was at 9:30 but we had to be in Ms. Kate's room at 8 am; instead of going to class. To make sure everything was working fine.
Okay you guys have done an amazing job putting this homecoming together. For all your hard work I want all you guys to come in here at lunch for some food. I'm buying. We will have some pizza, wings, and desserts. Now we are all going to check all the floats and Beth check the confetti cannon because if it stays a working we will blow everyones minds! And when we finish come back here.
We all left to the floats. Everything was good and the cannon was working perfectly. We all went back to the art room. She gave us art
t-shirts for us to wear.
I want all you guys to be at the game tonight! Wearing these shirts.
At 9:21am we all walked to the art float. The last float. With the confetti cannon. At 9:30 the parade started.
It lasted a long time and at the end of it everyone gathered around that art float and started dancing. It was the perfect time for the confetti. I started it up and everyone went crazy! They loved it!
After the parade was over we put the float stuff up except for the football one. That was for tonight.
We stayed in the art room all day.
I was loving my high school experience so far! And I made friends with everyone in the art classes!
Ms. Kate came up to me and asked me: Hey Elizabeth! You've done a very good job these past couple of days. How would you like to join our Art department? We have a lot of more days like this. And you come in very good hands when it cones to fixing and making stuff so what do you say?
