Wait, so if the chance of getting pregnant irl while actually trying to get pregnant is only 30% within the first month. And the chance of pregnancy can increase each month because more sex increases the probability of pregnancy-

Meaning It can take four months to get to 100% chance of pregnancy. So you will at some point get pregnant within those 4 months of intercourse. (If you don't have any infertility issues.)

Then with omegaverse how would this work?

Okay keep in mind:

All Omegas can both get pregnant.
♂️Omegas can get others pregnant.

♀️Betas can get pregnant.
♂️Betas can get others pregnant.

♀️Alpha's can get pregnant.
All alphas can get others pregnant.

So in my mind betas are just like your average human right? So let's say two betas together would have a 30% chance of pregnancy within the first month. Meaning 4 months of trying.
(We will be using the average beta couple as a reference to compare with other couples.)

Now what if a beta was with an omega?

If we have ♂️beta and the omega is trying to get pregnant this would probably spike to 38%(♂️) - 40%(♀️) chance of pregnancy because Omegas are much more fertile on the receiving end. This would reduce the average trying period to 3 months, 1 months less than the average beta couple.

However, If we have ♀️beta and ♂️omega we'll greatly reduce this because a ♂️omega has a much lower sperm count. So that's now, on average, a 10% chance of pregnancy. That would mean it takes a whole 10 months to get to a 100% chance of pregnancy. This could increase the potential trying period by a half a year!

Now let's see this with two omegas. Now remember, while a ♂️omega's sperm count is really low, omegas are extremely fertile. So this would make the average chance of pregnancy about 16% for a pair consisting of a 2♂️omegas, or 18% with a ♂️omega and a ♀️omega. Meaning a potential trying period of 6-7 months, only 2-3 months longer than the average beta couple.

What about Alphas with Betas?

A ♀️beta with a ♀️alpha will increase to a 36%. Alphas do have a higher sperm count than Betas, so this couple would function much in the same way a beta and omega would when trying for pregnancy. This means an average trying period of 3 months.

An ♂️Alpha has a much higher fertility rate, with a 40% chance of pregnancy when paired with a ♀️beta. However, this is still an average trying period of 3 months.

Now what about a♀️alpha and ♂️alpha trying to concieve? While alpha's do have higher sperm counts, ♀️alpha's are not very fertile when it comes to receiving. The chance of pregnancy drops significantly to only 7.5%. This means a potential 13 month long trying period, a little over a year!

But wait we're forgetting something!

The likelihood of a couple consisting of ♂️beta and ♀️alpha to concieve naturally is a measly 5% chance. It would take possibly over a year and a half of consistent intercourse give or take. That's a trying period 20 whole months!!!
While it is possible, it doesn't happen often and it is /extremely/ rare for them to have more than one pup, if they do somehow manage to conceive without Artificial Insemination.
The chance of carrying an assisted pregnancy to term is a good 20-30% chance, give or take depending on health and age.

Okay okay, I know what you're all actually waiting for: Alpha's and Omegas.

A ♀️alpha paired with an Omega would have a 48%(♂️) - 50%(♀️)  chance of pregnancy on average.  This is still a potential 2 - 3 month trying period, meaning it is much more likely for this couple to concieve within the first month than the average beta couple is.

A ♂️alpha paired with an Omega would have a 53%(♂️) - 55%(♀️)  chance of pregnancy on average. This is the shortest trying period, having the potential of only 2 months! This is the most conservative couple in omegavervse and the most fertile. Such pairings often have large litters, with an average of 6+ pups!

Now there is one last pairing. The chance of concieving at all between a ♂️omega and ♀️alpha trying to get pregnant is basically impossible without Artificial Insemination. The chance of natural pregnancy is 2%. It could take over 4 whole years of trying to ever see a result. 4 years! This is the most unlikely pairing to produce pups.
Though it can be simulated through Artificial Insemination, the chances of being able to carry it to term is a 5-20% chance, /heavily/ depending on the health and age of both participants.

And there you have it. My idea of how successful omegavervse couples might be in producing pups.
Did I do maths for this? Yes, yes I did. You better appreciate my efforts.

And alpha's need to be wearing protection all the time!!! Omfg alpha fertility rates are wild!!!! I mean there are lots of variables that would come into play, but that's a high fertility rate!

When we're trying, as people in real life, it's a 30% chance! Only 30!! You could have unprotected sex and there is 70% chance nothing will happen!

If you're both clean that is, STDs guys, don't start having unprotected sex just because you might not get pregnant.
Seriously, you are more likely to get an STD than you are to get pregnant!!

Fr tho, 30% chance of pregnancy in unprotected sex but over 80% chance of sexually transmitted diseases!!!!! Eighty percent!! Be careful omg!!!

Edit: side notes to add on

♀️Omega  x ♀️omega cannot reproduce together.

♀️Beta  x ♀️beta cannot reproduce together.

♂️Beta  x ♂️beta cannot reproduce together.

♂️Alpha  x ♂️alpha cannot reproduce together.

Adoption is an option for these pairs :)
