𓈒ㅤ⋆ ★ NICKNAMES. ꒰ఎ ✶ innie, hye, hyehye, etc — hye's father and the other myths sometimes use these nicknames and they all come from her first name. at first, her father was the only person to use these types of nicknames but later when she meets the myths, they decided to use these nicknames to help her feel a bit closer to them and to show her that's what friends normally do. she particularly likes these nicknames and normally tries to encourage them. she partially likes innie the most, but she never tells anyone that. ꒰ఎ ✶ el, elle, tara, etc — similar to her other nicknames that use her birth name, but these come from her name elektra, which is her "true name" although it's more of a second name for her. it's often used by her mother who, at first, she's rather distant from, but small things like this do make In-hye feel a bit more connected to her. ꒰ఎ ✶ deer — she was,,, a little put off by this nickname at first but people tend to compare her to deer a lot so she got used to it. a lot of the time it's because she kind of looks like one, but for the most time it's because of how she acts. similar to deers she's very alert as well as she tends to be the most active at night. ꒰ఎ ✶ lil wallflower — this nickname is usually used by the myths, mostly used for endearment to show how quiet she is and how she's often scared to interact with others. some of the myths try to help her out grow this nickname and she does in the end of the story, but it takes a while for it to happen.
