TANNERS POV
An hour later, I could hear Lisa screaming at me to wake up and get to the kitchen ASAP.
Hangovers really do suck. I tried to remember what happened last night, I know I met up with Matt, bar, some random blonde chick popped into mind. Oh yah, that's right and than there was that bet. Could I get Fay to be my girlfriend. I probably would feel guilty but I need money, for some new clothes that i don't have to struggle to fit me, or maybe some new kicks or even that skateboard I've been admiring at West49 for ages. With my drunken father coming home drunk of course, every night, it's hard.
I dragged myself out of bed and regretted it as soon as I got up.
"I'm awake." I groaned.
Lisa was washing the dishes while Fay was at the table finishing her scrambled eggs.
"vous êtes en retard!" Lisa yells. Pointing her finger at me.
I stared blankly, than looked at Fay. "Did she just call me a retard?"
She put her hand over her mouth and let out a quiet giggle.

FAYS POV
Did he not realize this is a FRENCH field trip, therefore you'd have to know how to speak FRENCH.
Lisa screamed at him for being late, she told us last night that if we weren't up and in the kitchen by 9, she wasn't going to make us breakfast. I of course heard her say that but Tanner, probably not.
"nous devons y aller maintenant, j'ai du travail et de May va à la garderie." Lisa gathered her things.
"au revoir, merci pour le petit déjeuner." I showed off some of my French to thank her for breakfast.
She gave me a smile. "Au revoir Fay." She grabbed May by the hand and they left the house.
Tanner just stood there speechless.
"What the hell just happened?" He asked.
I got up to put my plate away.
"Hmm, lets see, you slept in even though she called you several times, and you need to be in here by 9."
I laughed and walked up to him. "Serves you right." I walked right by him.

"So we have to do our first assignment." I told Tanner who was chilling on the sofa eating from a bag of chips he found lying in the cub boards.
"Go to a restaurant and order your food speaking in French."
This assignment sounds easy but they get harder. We have to do three a week.
"Thank god!" He exclaims. "We're going now, I'm starving." I followed him out the door.
"So where exactly are we going?" I asked after walking down the street.
"I don't even know, the closest cafe? Wherever that is." He replies.
"Why don't you ask someone?" I suggest.
He glared at me, totally forgetting about the fact that he kind of cant.
"It maybe you should since you're just so smart." He commented sarcastically.
What is with this guy, always taking things the wrong way. He annoyed me and I was tired of taking it.
"Well we wouldn't be here arguing if you would have just passed her damn test."
