Chapter I

Beomgyu stirs the soup inside the pot so it doesn't stick. He's barely 4 months pregnant but that's not what's bothering him. Today, after class, he had to walk back from the high school, which is downtown and he lives in his small house in the north.

He shakes his head, adding a little water to the mixture. He remembers what his life was like 3 weeks ago, before he came to live with an alpha who at least knows his name. He lived with his parents, they were not rich, they lived well, but since he was an only child, all the gifts went to him. When he told his beta-mother that he was waiting a baby, she said it was fine, that he had the final decision, whether to stay or go with the responsible alpha.

In Korea it was like that, like a custom. When an alpha get an omega pregnant, he had to take him and deal with him alone. Beomgyu was determined to stay with his parents, and enjoy the comforts they would give him and his baby.

But no, Taehyun came one night saying that the Omega (he didn't even remember his name) would go with him, because the little wolf inside him was his. Beomgyu's parents saw him as trustworthy and let their son go with him. The Omega never complained.

Now he wished he had complained, but he was so stunned that nothing came from his lips, he only packed his clothes in a small suitcase and went downstairs with it. Beomgyu knows that Taehyun brought him home for a reason.

The simple reason he was here, now, was because if the alpha hadn't done so, his dominant ego would have been damaged, and he would have felt humiliated.

He denies again, not being able to believe how stupid he was.

I mean, Taehyun's courtship was the most embarrassing.

One day, the door of his parents' house was knocked, Beomgyu opened it, finding a certain alpha standing there, with a serious face and unwavering gaze.

Beomgyu had asked, with half his body hidden behind the door, just watching as the alpha nodded.

"I want you to help me during my next heat" he said, holding out a box of mint gum.

Beomgyu's eyes shined. He love chewing gum.

"When is?" He asked, taking the box in his hands.

"Next Saturday" and with that, he turned around, walking away from the house.

Taehyun was an alpha who studied at the same school as him.

They have the same classes but Beomgyu never thought he knew of his existence because, well, he never looked back at him.

He only talked to his two friends Yeonjun-alpha and Huening Kai-beta.

He was a very closed alpha, only with those close to him could he understand each other well.

They sleep in the same bed, because in reality there is no other. There are nights when Taehyun goes to the living room or just stays as far away from him as possible. Beomgyu is a pregnant omega, he needs the warmth of an alpha more than ever, his alpha. He didn't even know that Taehyun was really his alpha.

When he sees that the soup is ready, he turns off the burner. Take a ladle and pour some into a deep plate.

He's alone again, but he doesn't complain, because Taehyun was working. He takes his first spoonful, burning his tongue. Quickly, to relieve the pain, take a sip of its natural grape juice. Because Taehyun didn't like him taking synthetic things, because of the baby.

He hears the door open, the jingling of keys being hung in place, and firm footsteps. Taehyun's figure appears through the threshold, with his hair somewhat damp and his sweatshirt stained with... blood.
