The Moment I Lost Everything

Out Of The Darkness.

         The next day I found out I was going to finally get out of that hospital and put into a orphanage. I didn't even pay any attention to anything. I just couldn't Wait to get out of that dark hole I was in.

          Im about to turn 14 in like 2 months.
It has been 6 months since the incident and I have definitely been able to recover from everything that has happened. And even better I have someone very special in my life .

         He has dark brown hair with green eyes and the biggest heart in the world. I don't know how I can live without him. But he does have a couple of flaws. He hates spiders and he also hates any type of rock music. Which is a downside to me. I love heavy metal! Anyways during this period I haven't only gotten a boyfriend but I got 2 of the Best besties! There first names are Liliana and Gabriella. But I just call them Lily and Gabi for short.

            Liliana has brown hair with light blonde highlights. She is a drama soaker like me and she also has green/blue eyes like me.

           Gabi has black hair with brown eyes and the biggest heart. She Is very, What's the word, smart. They both are everything to me. Now yes, you are Probably wondering, do I have any other friends that are specifically boys. The answer to that is yes. I have my Best friend Martin. And that is really it.

        Martin has green eyes with dirty blonde hair and he loves, I mean loves, football. He is very good at it to. That is like his talent. My boyfriends name is Matthew by the way.

         Anyways,  today me and my two besties decided we should go out. Like sneak out of the orphanage. We do have some days where we are aloud to go out and shop with the money we earned but we put all of our money together to get a birthday present for Matthew. He is turning 14.

    "What does Matthew even like that we can get from these hideous stores? " lily asked.

      "Ya, I mean we only know that he likes to eat" Gabi replied.

     "Oh shut up girls I'm trying to think."

      They both shrugged and walked along the pavement. I knew what to get him and I knew I had spotted it just a week ago but I couldn't find it anywhere. Thats when I saw it sitting there in all of it's glory. LEMON CAKE! Lemon cake was very expensive. It is found to be the most expensive food there is in this little town.
     
      "Lemon cake!" The girls screeched.

        "There is no way we are going to spend all of our savings ($40) on just a lemon cake and a card!" Gabi said.

        "Please." I begged.

         "Matthew means a lot to me a-an-and i-i. " I started balling my eyes out.

           "Fine!" Lily said.

           "Okay thanks guys"
       
     When we arrived back to the orphanage it was 7:00 am. That's usually when Matthew wakes up.

            "Matthew sweety." I knocked on the door.
   
           But than I instantly shut up. Because I heard something unforgettable. And when I walked in that room Matthew was making out with Brianna my all time enemy.

             "What the...."
    
           "It is not what it looks like elizah" Matthew pushes Brianna away.
     
             "Don't elizah me, how could you do this to me. We were in love. At least so I thought."

          I stormed out crying. How could he do this to me, we we're destined to being all time partners. That's when Martin grabbed my arm.

            "Elizah what's wrong? "

          "Mat-th-ew is ch-cheating on m-me."

            At that point I was balling my eyes out as martin hugged me. Martin was a really good friend. He was always there when something seemed wrong.

       "Its okay I've got you." He said holding me tight.

                      (Snif Snif)

         "Thanks martin I really appreciate it."

          "Shouldn't we umm get going to breakfast?" He asked.

         "Oh ya I forgot." I replied.
  
      We headed to the cafeteria for our daily breakfast. It was Bacon with waffles. The usual. It was good but after a while it gets annoying. But hey I can't complain it's better than nothing. After breakfast I was heading to my room, when all of a sudden someone pulled me into the janitors closet. It was Matthew!

             "MATTHEW WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING!" I WHISPER SCREAMED.

            "Please just here me out. "He replied desperately.

            "You get 5 minutes!" I said looking at the ground.

             "She got on top of me. It was Brianna's fault. Baby you know I would never cheat on you." He said moving toward me slowly.

         I pushed him away. "And why should I believe you!?!"

            "Because you know I would never want to hurt you."

           He was now practically on top of me. Than he leaned in with his eyes closed. I gave in and kissed his smooth lips. But than I ran out. And didn't turn back. I ran into martin. And being the sensitive kind I am started crying. The next thing I knew was martin fighting with matthew.
