As I drive up to the big building I take a deep breath, trying to chill my nerves before I go inside, but it all seems so crazy.
I finally got out of the car but I was met with a girl hitting her tag against the door trying to get in the building. I walked over to her, "Do you need any help over there ." I gestured to the door.
She happily nodded and stepped out of the way. "yes, I've been here for about 15 minutes and I still can't get this door open." She ended with a laugh. I pulled out my card that they sent me through the mail and put it on the door. As soon as it touched it a little click was heard and we were able to open the door. We gave each other a look and laughed.
I put my hand out and spoke up "My name is Y/n by the way." She shook my hand "It's nice to meet you my name is Ariana." As we both entered getting to know each other, we almost bumped into someone. " hey watch where you're going next ti-, wait a minute I know you."
I looked over and realized that it was the same annoying blonde from the elevator the other day. I tried my best by plastering a fake smile and spoke up. " of course you're here, what are you like part of the makeup crew or something."
They made, Ariana put her hand over her mouth, trying to muffle her laugh. He scoffed and walked towards me getting to a close distance between us and spoke low. " you better watch it who are you talking to sweetheart you don't wanna know what I can do."
As soon as he finished, I shoved him out of the way, grabbing Ariana's hand and walking into the next room. All I heard after that was a small chuckle from the other room. As soon as we walked in there was a room full of people. It was a little intimidating, but Ariana gave me a reassuring, squeeze, and walked me over to a table for me and her.
A few minutes later
The same Blondie walked in and sat down at a table with this other kid. I was curious, so I turned to Ariana. " do you know who that kid is over there?" I said while pointing towards the Blondie. She followed my finger towards him, and instantly nodded. " yeah, I think he was in a couple of movies and he did this popular TV show when he was younger." I didn't realize that he's already done so much. I thought I would've seen him somewhere. Soon enough, a guy in a black suit walked in sat at the bigger table, and started to speak.
" Hello everyone, I know that it must be exciting coming here and being able to be a part of this movie but today will just be about getting to know each other and going over the schedules for the next few weeks ." After a few minutes of him going over and people asking questions, he finally let us start to go around and get to know each other.
As soon as we got up, of course, Blondie walked over with his new brunette friend and started to talk to us. " so am I ever gonna get that coffee?
Gosh, that's a stupid smirk again that made me just wanna punch him in the face but again I had to keep my cool because I wanted this job.
"Well, it looks like you are a hole, or is that just because of the coffee." As soon as I said that, his brunette friend chuckled, but he didn't look so happy. Still, my new friend, Ariana stepped forward and introduced herself. "Well, if none of you guys are going to introduce yourself my name is Arianna what's yours?"
The brunette right next to him stepped forward and spoke up. " my name is Asher." I looked right at the Blondie and looked him up and down, then spoke up " do you have a name or is it just Blondie?" I said, with a smirk Causing Arianna to give me a look.
"It's Walker. What about you sweetheart?" That comment made my blood boil. I instantly corrected him. "My name is Y/n and second of all don't ever call me sweetheart again."
That made everybody go quiet but Walker just nodded his head acting like it was nothing.
" anyways, what about we go get a drink quick come on y/n." As Ariana dragged me away, she whispered and yelled at me. " what in the actual heck was that," she said while laughing. " Just putting Walker in his place." Which just made her laugh, even harder as we got to the food table.
