Beep, beep, beep. Her alarm rung. Beep, beep, beep. It rung again finally awaking her from her slumber. "Ah Tikki I'm gonna be so late" she shrieked. As she climbed down the ladder she fell. Thump.
"Marinette are you ok?" Tikki said her voice full of concern. "Never better" Marinette replied as she got up from the floor.
She opened her closet. "Tikki what should I wear?! I need to wear something good so I can impress Adrien!" She sighed. Marinette slid down her closet door in a panic."I don't know Marinette. How about this?" Tikki pointed her nub at it.
"Perfect!" Marinette said satisfied. It was normal outfit. All that panic just for that.
"Thanks Tikki, what would I do without you?" Marinette said as she grabbed her bag and opened it so Tikki could fly in.
She grabbed her phone to check the time. "Oh shoot! I'm so late!" She dashed down the trapdoor and quickly said bye to her mama and papa.
"Bye mama, bye papa," she said as she ran out the bakery doors and to the school.
Alya POV
Ms. Bustier was teaching the class when Marinette burst through the door. I watched as Marinette apologized to the teacher. "Sorry Ms. Bustier I uh had to uh help my parents in the oven- no BAKERY and I- I lost track of time." I chuckled because I knew Marinette was lying.
"Ok Marinette please just go take a seat." Marinette walked up and sat next to me.
"Are you sure Marinette? Are you sure you didn't oversleep?" I asked already knowing the answer. "Uh yeah there was a rush this mor-"Marinette said trying to make her lie sound true. "Sureee" I cut her off.
✨le time skip✨
The bell rang shortly signaling the class was over and it's now time for lunch. "Yeah so then Nino fell through the wall" I said."Wow that akuma must've been powerful, I can't believe that, is he ok?" Mari replied. I was about to respond when BOOM.
"AKUMA" someone yelled. "I uh got to go eat my cha- I mean lunch BYE." Marinette said as she ran down the stairs. "What? I responded "never mind I gotta record this for the ladyblog anyways!" I said running outside of the school building looking for the akuma. (Then bum bum BUMM chat was licking a corn cob and suddenly died of a heart attack)
Ladybug rushed to the scene, catching Alya's eye. "Ladybug!" She shouted in excitement.
Ladybug 🐞 POV
I swung into the battle with my yoyo, noticing Chat and the akuma immediately. Chat of course, had to greet me. "Good morning Bugaboo." He reached out and tries to kiss my hand but I pull away.
"Now is not the time for games Chat-" I loud crack is heard. Everything goes pitch black.
