Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson are married, and they have four children: Tony, Kailyn, Drew, and Danielle.
Kurt Hummel is a Tony Award winning playwright, and famous Broadway actor and producer. He travels a lot for work, while maintaining his marriage and family, which has caused a slight strain overall.
Blaine Anderson is also a Tony Awarr winner, but for his time as an actor on Broadway. He is also a pop musician, taking a break from touring and album promotion to work on his marriage and family. He works with Sam occasionally to help coach the club.
Tony Anderson-Hummel is the first-born son of Kurt and Blaine, born via their surrogate Rachel. He was named after the character Tony from West Side Story, and also after the Tony Awards (unofficially). He is kind of a nerd, and a wallflower, but he loves indie movies. He is a loving brother and son, and wants to become an indie film writer.
Kailyn Anderson-Hummel is the first-born daughter and second child of Kurt and Blaine, born via their surrogate Rachel. Her brother's arrival was a surprise, and she doesn't hesitate to use that fact in arguments (or to defend him). She is sort of popular, and a fan of singer/songwriter music. She's an amazing sister and daughter, and wants to become a musician.
Drew Anderson-Hummel is the second son and third child of Kurt and Blaine, adopted when he was five years old after being placed in foster care. He is a part of the emo crowd, and writes poetry. He's a deeply understanding brother and son, and wants to become a psychologist.
Danielle Anderson-Hummel is the second son and fourth child of Kurt and Blaine, adopted as a baby. She is named after Dani, one of Kurt's coworkers at the Spotlight Diner and his former band mate in Pamela Lansbury (later renamed One Three Hill). She is popular, and uses her popularity for good in her community. She's a courageous sister and daughter, and she wants to run for city office.
