It's around 12 pm the next day.
Ray comes into my room and pulls the blanket off me. "Wake up! It's already noon we have things to do today!" She opens the curtains "cmon get up!" She throws a pillow at me and walks out

I groan as I sit up and stretch I get up and go to the kitchen to make my self a bowl of cereal.
"Finally. Goodmorning" Ray says as she is cleaning the kitchen putting things away from our boxes and wiping things down. "Morning" I sit at the counter and eat. "I'm going to race again tonight. You should come with me so I don't go alone." I ask as I eat"No." She says bluntly and looks at her phone.

"C'mon we'll be together it'll be fun pleaseee! I think the ace guy really likes you!" I say begging at this point. "I said no I don't like the way they act. like a bunch of fuck boys that are in desperate need of a hoe next to them." she said sitting down in front of me with a coffee.
"Ughh fine but if i don't return tonight its your fault because ill be kidnapped because ill be alone." I say with a chuckle as i make my way to the sink with my dish. "that's not gonna change my mind. i'm not going."

It is now 11:30 pm and I am sitting on the floor in front of my body mirror doing my makeup.
Ray comes in and sits on the bed behind me and watches. "What are you trying to be fancy for?" She asks with an attitude. "I told you this morning I'm going to the race with or without you." I get up and go to my closet and I put on a small red dress with converse.

I finish getting ready and I grab my purse.
"Ray I'm leaving! You sure you don't wanna go?" I shout out from the front door. Ray comes walking out with a red shirt with white lace and jeans. "I'm going with I'm not gonna let you go alone I can't trust you."

We both leave and start walking around the city like last time. We spot the cars lined up on an empty street with a big group or people surrounding it. I run towards it once again and stand behind this one girl trying to see the boys. Ray follows behind me. "They're coming over!" A annoying fan girl next to me said as the two boys walked out and stares at me and ray. "You guys came back." Eddie spoke shoving the girls out the way to get to us.

"Of course! I couldn't get enough of this!" I chuckle. And stare into his narrow eyes. He stares back and pulls me aside to his car. Ace spoke. "Why were in such a hurry last night darling?" He looks down at her with low red eyes. "I wonder why. You- you murd-!" Ray yells but ace cover her mouth and makes her look up to. "You'll get used to it. Now don't be a brat if you don't wanna end up like them." He says and lets go of her face aggressively. "I swear I'll call the cops if you touch me again. You ignorant piece of crap." Ray says as she glares at him. "You think they haven't tried that already darling?" He says seductively and stares up and down her body.

Me and Eddie come back and I stand next to Ray as Eddie stand next to ace. Ace pulls Eddie to the side. "She found out dude. What do I do." Ace whispers to him. "That's what you get for leaving the damn evidence in your car with you you dumbass." Eddie responds and pats his back as he try's to leave. Ace pulls him back and says. "We can't let her leave. She can't say anything to anyone she threatened to call the cops already."Ace says in a worried tone "like I said ace. Your fault. But you are right they can't leave. I'm starting to like them." They both look over to me and ray and think. "Take them in like the others?" Ace stated "it's to early wait a few nights we can't be sure they will do anything just yet." Eddie says and finally walks Back to the girls.

Ray and I sit on a curb slightly away from the crowd and talk. Before this tiny girl with bruises all over her body comes up to us. "Hey!
My names marceline! I saw you guys talking to the boys! And I wanted to say. Please don't come back here after tonight." she says in a nice excited tone then down to a whisper scared voice.

We both stand up to talk
To her. "Why?" I ask, as I notice all of her bruises and cuts all over her body. "Just don't!" She yells as she storms off to cling onto ace's arm. We both look back just to see ace throw her off pushing her to the ground and kicking her away. "Woah!" I run over to her "are you ok?!" I help her up and she runs off "what the hell! What's wrong with you!" I push ace to make him look at me

he glares down at me then moves his gaze to ray who walked up next to me. "shut up." He says bluntly and goes back to his conversation. "Are you kidding me! You're gonna act like you didn't just shove an innocent girl to the ground?!" Ray yells as she gets in front of him and stares up into his eyes. "Stay out of this shorty." He says as he stares down into her eyes as-well. "Dont fucking talk to me like that!" She keeps yelling. "I said stay out of this bitch! You pet!" He yells back and slaps her "woah man! Don't fucking touch her you bitch!" I push him and he steps towards me staring down with low red eyes. 'He's mad, fuck.'
I think to my self. he was gonna hit me aswell.

He lifts his hand but eddie steps in and grabs his wrist. "What the fuck is going on?!" He yells looking at everyone. "He was abusing that girl!" Ray said. "She's a fucking pet! I said stay out of it!" Ace yells back and Eddie stops them "just calm down! You girls should leave. Come back another time when he's cool." He winks at me and shoves ace away from us.

I start to walk with ray back home. I sigh and ask. "Are you alright?.." She stays silent and walks slightly in front of me and I follow behind. We decide to get a taxi back home.
