Sunday. 5am. You got a call from that... what was his name? You only remember that it was the guy who told you to go on the 3rd floor. You guessed he was the boss around there. No one really told you how to deal with the stuff around there, probably hoping that you already knew it all yourself. How is this prison still standing... no one teaches anyone, just do your job without any training. Wow. And they hold the most dangerous people. Anyways... you got dressed quickly and got there at around 6 am. You were immediately called down on your floor without visiting the 3rd one. Oh no, what did those 3 do again... you hoped nothing TOO bad.
The group of 5 officers, including me, got down on my floor. We were met with Null, who was trying to free Herobrine. And Herobrine himself, who was aggressively trying to rip the guard who was watching over them to shreds. His teeth were digging into the soft flesh of the guard's neck as his scarred hands were slowly twisting the hands of his opponent into unnatural and probably painful ways. His eyes were filled with bloodthirst and aggression, especially after he managed to free his hands and snap the guard's neck with ease and loud crack. While everyone was standing there in shock, you immediately sprung into action, quickly bluring out some curses about guards' slowness. You would be stunned too on their place, but it's not the first time you had to put away your fear and fight.
You grabbed Null by what looked like his hair and smacked him with your metal rod as hard as you could, dealing actual damage to the immortal shadow as he gripped his head in pain. You quickly grabbed him by the back of his neck and smaller against the cell window bars of Herobrine's cell, making Null fall unconscious. Herobrine's head suddenly snapped into your direction. Uh oh...
He slammed his body into the door once, twice, and then it broke open. He was FURIOUS. You didn't hesitate for a moment and once again prepared yourself for a fight. But... he just stood there. He watched you with anger, but slight curiosity can be seen in his eyes. "You're not afraid? Every damn guard in this hellhole is trembling in fear, and you easily knock Null unconscious. " he tilts his head like a curious animal. You shrug. You were trained not to hesitate even when facing the greatest threat ever. He glanced at the shaking from fear guards behind you and growled at them. You placed your metal rob beside his chest, showing him that you don't want him to come close. He stood just a few steps away from you, staring down at your weapon.
His plan was doing great! Perfect, even! But you had to ruin it. You were the one who wasn't afraid. He pressed his chest right against the metal rod, growling at you, still trying to make you afraid somehow. Years in this prison did their job. He was weak just like the others. He needed some... energy to be able to break out of this prison. Everyone was staring at you and him in shock and fear, not understanding a single thing.
Herobrine sighed and decided to retreat, glancing at you before he disappeared in the darkness of his cell. Entity was asleep. What a guy. The guards left a few minutes later, not saying anything at all. You walked up to Herobrine's cell door. You wanted to ask him some questions about what just happened. As soon as you reached to bang on his door, his door flung open, and he grabbed you, pulling you inside his cell. No one closed his door, right? Ugh.
You started fighting by swinging your arms in different directions and yelling. He placed his hand over your mouth, silencing you. "Shut it, at least, I'm not gonna kill you," he said, growling at you. Like you gonna believe him. "I just want to talk, and I know that you also w-" you managed to smack him. He placed you on the bench and crossed his arms. But he gave up and began to rub the eye that you smacked with the metal rod. "I just want to talk to you little -" he growled again. "Like I'm gonna believe you. No guard walked out of here alive as far as I know. " he didn't answer. "I need you to help us in some ways. It's a hellhole, and living here is as boring as in the Void down there. I was there, so I know what I'm saying, " he said, crossing his arms again.
Now, it was your time to cross your arms, which you did, and waited for what he wanted from you. He looked down at you as if he had already said it, but you didn't hear him. "What?" You hissed. "I want you to bring something interesting and tell them to stop sending male guards in here. The next one will end up us actually escaping. " You rolled your eyes and asked him. "What's the problem with them? Why do y'all always kill them?" You were genuinely curious. "They're even worse than you are. Selfish, rud, and always ignoring or fighting us. I'm tired of this rudeness ... yours is somewhat tolerable because it's not a secret that all women like m-" You threw a little rock in his face, stopping him there because you never liked that part of his speech. You sighed tiredly, surprised how in the Nether did you even end up here with these guys. Herobrine waited. But then he suddenly added, "And you know what else I want?" He said with a smirk. You looked up at him. He was right beside your face. "A little kiss perhaps," he purred.
You woke up in cold sweat at your house. It was 3am, and you were panting. That's... that was a nightmare? The door slightly opened, revealing your curious cat who probably heard your screams. C/N (don't like cats? Well, imagine the other animal there then because the cat will be quite important later. Cat/Name, or idk how y'all even do those) slowly walked over to you, sitting right beside your face. "Meow" it placed its soft paw against your face, purring as C/N moved closer and decided to rest near you. It really seems to miss you because you're spending quite a lot of time on the work. At least you had weekends and some long vacation days. "Meow," your cat definitely wanted your attention. You moved your hand in their soft, warm fur, scratching them gently as you enjoyed listening to your cat's purrs. They really are calming. You were lucky that your cat was really affectionate.
After a few more minutes of you enjoying your affectionate cat's presence and your cat enjoying its well-deserved scratches, it fell asleep. You carefully hugged C/N closer, making sure they were warm and secure. You were a lonely person, but cats always filled that blank space. You're probably gonna be a that type of old grandma that gonna have at least 10 cats that are always somewhere around her. You weren't interested in anyone yet nor planned in getting attached. You loved your life as free as it could possibly be with that job and guarding those three.
