I'm running through the trees as I throw my knifes into each target. One .... Two ..... Three .... Four .... Five.... I fling my knifes right into the bulls eye, because I have no room for error. I continue to run and I grab my gun from my right waistband. It's loaded with silver bullets.
I see my father and Beta Manuel standing off to the side with some of the warriors, to observe my progress. I smirk to myself as I turn from my path and run in their direction. My father knows me like the back of his hand so he just smirks, while the warriors and Beta Manuel look at each other with wide eyes.
I shoot one warning round off into the air. I let growls storm out of my mouth as I advance towards them. I am only 200 yards away from them as I purposely shoot one silver bullet into the tree, exactly above the head warrior, Marks, head. He winces.
I'm now about 20 feet in front of them and growling. My father decides to play along. "Serenity, what are you doing," he growls. I sent him a warning glare and say, "I'm tired of this. I want to be a normal werewolf!" I turn the gun to my dad and he raises his hands in defense. The Beta and warriors are growling at me now.
I pull my gun with plastic bullets out if my left waistband. I shoot one of the warriors directly in his leg. He cries out and clutches his thigh as he falls to the floor.
My father says to the men, "just do as she says." I look at them, dead in their eyes, "on the floor! All of you!" They all lay flat in their stomachs on the forest floor. I put my guns away in my waistband and pretend to examine my finger nails.
"Man, for a bunch of guys, you all are some bitches," I laugh out loud. My father came over to me and put his arm around my shoulders and said, "my daughter just punked every single one of you." All the guys got up. Beta Manuel said, "damn, Serenity, you're mean like your dad."
"The apple doesn't fall far from the tree," I smirked. They all mumbled responses and then my father told me, "that's enough training for today. Go wash up and get ready for dinner." "Yes Alpha," I obeyed.
A lot of people think it's weird how much I obey my father, but I don't. He's all I've ever had and he's always been there for me. He's kept an astonishing roof over my head, great food on my table and the best clothes on my back. So I do as he asks, it's the least I could do.
I went up to my room of the pack house and locked my door. I peeled off my gear. My body was coated in sweat and my midnight black hair was clinging to me. I went into my bathroom and turned the shower on all the way hot. I let the bathroom steam up before I got in.
My muscles were aching as I let the hot water caress my body. I closed my eyes and just enjoyed my only moment of peace. I showered for about 30 more minutes and then got out.
I lathered myself in lotion and then began my beauty routine. Yes, my training my mission will always come first..... But my makeup and hair were always second. Sorry I liked to look cute while I kicked ass, is that a crime?
I put some mouse in my naturally curly hair and my curls hung to the middle of my back. Then, I started my face. I contoured and highlighted like a goddess! Then did a nude eye shadow look.
I walked out into my room in my towel and to my walk in closet. I slid on a hot pink thong and bra. I dropped my towel and decided on some Hollister shorts, a blue flannel and some ankle high motorcycle riding boots.
I went downstairs into the kitchen, just as my father was taking his seat at the head of the table. He smiled at me and I took my seat to his left. Everyone was already in their seats.
The cooks had made a delicious feast, as today was the final day before me and my group went on our first hunt for .... Him. Was I nervous? No, because I know when I find him I will do everything in my power to kill him. Daddy didn't raise a quitter.
