Riptide (pokemon)

We can see an unusual sight to be behold in the Waterflower compound. A toddler not even the age of two is sitting perfectly still and reading a book that for all intent and purposes should be beyond him. Yet he seemingly understood the words. He is Alexander Waterflower the so called once in a millennium prodigy. He took his first steps faster than anyone he said his first words faster than anyone. And he read faster than anyone else, 

Alexander's POV

"Alexander honey are you here" I turned around as I heard a melodious voice called out to me. When I turned around I saw my mother in this new life Emily Waterflower a beauty like no other with golden hair cascading through her shoulders. I'm still at awe at how beautiful my new mother is. Suddenly I snapped out of my inner thoughts and tilted my head as I questioned my mother " what is it mommy " " Kyaaa" she squealed as she rushed to me and hugged me tightly started messing with my hair. I sighed exasperated and said " mommy why were you looking for me ?"

 She seemed to snapped out of it but she still has not let go of me and as she still ruffle my hair she said " I was thinking since you've always been stuck in this compound why not go out with me and your dad so that you could make friend what do you say " She smiled brightly at me as she questioned me I could only nod my head at her. As she saw that her smile grew even wider. Meanwhile I  internally sighed as the thought of making friends left a daunting task on me 

as my mother continued to ruffle my hair I looked out of the window to the never ending sky and thought of this world different from my other world where this world is merely a fictional one. Yet as I have gathered information this past moths be it from books or gossips I found out were in the timeline I was 

I was pretty far away from the future where ash and co travel around the world peacefully be it the villainous teams that get in the way of there journey. I'am in the time where indigo has not been formed yet, a time when mango and jhoto are still at war. When I first heard about the war was the first time that it hit me that this is not the same fun loving and peaceful Pokemon anime or games this is real life where war happens and death, genocide, and annihilation is all to common. Where Pokemon tides that destroys and annihilates human settlements happens all to common. And war were death be it Pokemon or human is all to common. This paints a dark picture of the world I reside in.

There are also the talent of ones Pokemon. Those directly say how far your going to go in your career. Though most clans don't have a problem with this because they have already cultivated Pokemon with good talents but those civilians or middle-class can never truly compare to those who are rich or in clans. As those breed by the clan has high talent. And those brought by the rich are sure to have high talents. Meanwhile talented Pokemon are hard to find in the wild as only point one percent of Pokemon in the wild are talented enough.

That of course draws an invisible line between those who are rich or in a clan and those who are civilians. This differ from my knowledge. As in the anime or games there was nothing like this but so is Pokemon tides.

Pokemon tides is where a wild Pokemon gets strong enough that they are able to command multiple colonies of different species. The most famous example of this is the annihilation of Amber city that connects lavender town and Fuchsia city. Luckily the tide was swiftly suppress before it can get anywhere close to Fuchsia, and lavender town. It was suppress by Agatha and her army of ghost type pokemon. 

Then there's the war with jhoto. It was originally jhoto that started the war after the emergence of the blackthron clan they got to full of themselves and started the war over 10 years ago yet they failed spectacularly because of the might of kantonian trainers like Samuel Oak, Agatha,Blaine, and even my own father Axius  who commands an army of water types to shoot down the dragons of the blackthron clan with ice beam of the sky.
