In the end of it all Vanessa ends up marring the one and only Shawn Mendes and has a family with him. She is very happy with him. Emily ends up dating Cade and soon gets married. They have a wonderful family of hockey players and figure skaters. Cameron and Haleigh end up breaking up and Haleigh ends up marring Matthew. As for Vanessa and Nash's relationship that ended a long time ago. Gilinsky ended up marring Madison and man was that a fun wedding. Nash, Cam and Matt got acting careers. Vanessa got a record label. Shawn, Vanessa and the Jacks went on tour with each other. Sarah ended up marring Adam (didn't see that coming did you?) and in the end Vanessa and Madison ended up becoming best friends.
