I like you-Ma Jiaqi

y/n's pov

You were on your way to school, when a guy accidentally bumped into you. He asks, "Hello! My name is Ma Jiaqi, and I am new here. Do you know where (Whatever school name you want) High School is?". "Yeah! I'm actually going there right now. Just let me get some breakfast first." you say. After you got our breakfast, you guys started walking to the bus stop that will take you to school. After both of you waited for a while, the bus came and you and Jiaqi climbed on. While you guys were just about to get off, he asked, " Oh yeah. I didn't ask for your name. What's your name?" " Wang y/n" (I'll just be using random last names, whether they are Chinese or not), you reply. The warning bell just rang. "'Kay y/n. I'll see you later!", he shouted as he ran into the school office to get his schedule. "See ya!", you said.

*Time skip to first class*

You were drawing in your notebook. You couldn't help but keep on drawing that Ma Jiaqi dude that you saw in the morning. Just then the first class bell rang and the teacher came in.  All the kids in the classroom stood up, bowed, and said,"Good morning Teacher Kang!" Good morning class. You may sit down." Thank you Teacher Kang." the students said back. "I believe that I didn't you guys about this before, but we have a new student joining our class. Please welcome Ma Jiaqi to the class! Jiaqi, why don't you do a quick introduction about yourself?" "Sure teacher.", He replied. "Hello everyone! My name is Ma Jiaqi, and I came from Zhengzhou. I hope I can be friends with all of you!", he said in a cheerful tone. "Thank you, Jiaqi. Now your desk is right by Wang y/n's, at the back, and all your textbooks and workbooks are inside your desk." "Okay", he replied, then he walked to the back, to get to his desk.  

Ma Jiaqi's pov:

As I came in with the teacher, I scanned the classroom quickly to see all the students either talking, drawing, writing, getting ready for class, and a lot more stuff. After all the greeting the teacher thing, I introduced myself and went to my seat, and saw that the girl that helped me get here was my deskmate! "Cool!", my mind thought, but then all of a sudden it went to another direction, somewhere like, "She looks pretty cute when she's concentrated on something." Ma Jiaqi, how could you think like that! She is just a friend that you saw a few hours ago, so calm yourself down. As I sat down, she didn't notice me. I guess she was just too concentrated. I had to tap her shoulder five times just to get her attention. I told her," Class has already started! Put that away! Teacher Kang is going to take that!" "Thanks for warning me.", she said as she put away her sketchbook and grabbed her Chinese language workbook and notebook out.

Y/n's pov:

"Class has already started! Put that away! Teacher Kang is going to take that!" Jiaqi whisper-shouted in my ear. "Thanks for the warning." I told him. I quickly put my sketchbook away in my desk and grabbed out my Chinese language workbook and notebook as Teacher Kang went down our row, making sure that all our supplies for this class were out. 

*Time skip all the way to lunch break*

I was grabbing my lunch and was about to sit down until Jiaqi accidentally bumped into me again and spilled his lunch. " I am so, so, so sorry, Jiaqi! I didn't mean to block your way! Here, you go to the bathroom first to clean yourself up, while I clean this mess up." "Don't need to apologize, I was just going to ask you if I could sit with you either way.", he replied. 

*Time skip again to after the mess is cleaned up, and Jiaqi is cleaned up too*

As Jiaqi came back, you gave him another lunch. "When did I say that you needed to buy lunch for me? Sorry if that sounded a bit mean. Didn't mean to say it in that way." "It's okay. Don't worry, after all, this was kinda my fault, so this is the least I can do to help you. Don't even start thinking about paying me back." "Okay, I won't ever think about that and thanks!" After that, you guys talked about your outside of school life stuff, and after 45 minutes, the warning bell for lunch almost being over just rang. "We better finish up and go to our classrooms again.", said. "Yup. Just got done eating. Now let's go!"

A/n: And that's the end for the first part! Right now, it's only 9:30 pm over at my place, but I'm really tired from studying, and my fingers are also kinda hurting form nonstop typing. I'll try to get the second part up by tomorrow, latest on Sunday. Hope you guys are well, make sure to sleep, and have a good day/night yall! :)
