It took Vithika hours of shedding tears to forget what happened and grow into a slumber... But now she has to wake up again. Wake up and face what's been waiting for her, what she's been denying...

She would always give herself, her dimple-smile whenever she looked into the mirror. But today even when she's dressed nicely in her Indian attire... That smile seems to have lost its way coming to her beautiful face. She puts a small bindi on her glabella, fixing her kurti as she takes a deep breath...trying not to break down again.

She's been convincing herself that whatever's happening... Is happening for her own good. And that her parents would never want their daughter to get into a place she won't be happy in. But that.... is something Vithika will decide after meeting the boy.

Vaani enters Vithika's room... Walking over to her and making her face Vaani, as she grips in her shoulder before saying, "I'm here with you Di...Aap tension mat lo. Agar ladka gadha nikla toh... thappad maar dena?" (I'm here with you Sis... Don't you worry! If that boy turns out to be an ass then... just slap him?) For a fraction of second that smile of Vithika's was plastered on her face again. Oh how she wishes to slap that man if he's even a tad bit annoying...

(time skip)

The Shah's are driving to the Rajwansh mansion. Damn... This car ride is more silent than Vaani herself... Raghav is seen to have the most tensed expression on his face... He's not panicking but he's ready to punch that boy in his face if he misbehaves with Vithika...

(flashback)
(Rajwansh Mahal- Yesterday)

"Yuvaan... Apne dad ki itni baat nahi maanega beta?" (Yuvaan...Won't you listen to your dad, this once?) Abhijeet, with a hopeful expression on his face... asked his son, who's not facing him.

"Kyu kisi anjaan ladki ki life barbaad karna chahte ho dad? Woh ladki mujhse kabhi shaadi karna nahi chahegi agar usse pata chala main kaisa ladka hu... Aapke toh itne friends ke bete hai dad, jo meri age ke hai aur shaadi ke layak... Aap apne bete ko... Apne bete ko daav par kyu laga rahe ho dad..?" (Why do you want a hell of a life for that girl, dad? She'll never want to marry me if she knows what sort of person I am... You've got so many friends, their sons are just as old as me and capable of marriage... Why... Why are you putting your son at stake dad?) Yuvaan's words come out hurtful... The blank expression on his face always made it hard for people to understand what's going on in his head.

"Beta... Ladke toh boht hai iss duniya mein..... Main bas jaanta hu. Tujhse better ladka na Vithika ko kabhi Mila hai na mil payega..." Abhijeet says with pride in his tone. Yuvaan scoffs at his father's statement and walks away... He's been known for his sincerity, discipline and mostly how he's so loved by his family and how he's so obedient of them.
