Disclaimer: I deeply apologize about the many POV switches I've done in this One-Shot. It's currently 11pm and I can't sleep, but that also means my brain is just writing shit. So I don't know if this one might flop, but eh...

**No-Ones POV:**
It's currently 1943 in Germany, which means you're in the middle of the war. And all the sounds and exploding bombs overwhelm you.
So you went to your mothers room and laid down in her bed, since she isn't home yet.

**Rosie's POV:**
I came home early and called out to my daughter, yet I got no response. So I checked her room, but she was not in there either. And I could only think of one room where she could be hiding in.

I went to my room and gently opened the door, smiling softly as I saw her sleeping in my bed. Walking towards my bed and slowly sat down on it, leaning forward and brushing the hair away from her eyes. She stirred a little bit but she didn't wake up, she just slightly leaned against my hand.

But after a while I laid down beside her, gently pulling the covers over us both. And Y/N immediately turned around and clung onto me, laying her head on my chest. I chuckle softly, since she looks so cute in this position.

**Y/N's POV:**
I woke up in the middle of the night, just to realize that my mother was back home and that I'm clinging onto her. As I'm still very tired I just snuggle closer to her. Softly nuzzling my face into her chest and taking in her scent.

But I flinch softly every time I hear a shot or a bomb going off. However I try not to flinch too hard, because I don't want to wake my mother up. Yet she still seemed to notice my flinching, even though it was not very hard.

**Rosie's POV:**
I feel Y/N flinch everytime a bomb or shot from a gun goes off, so I slowly open my eyes. Looking down at her as she seems very overwhelmed by the whole war, sadly it will probably last for a few more weeks.

Softly giving her a long and gentle kiss on the forehead. I put my hand in her hair and begin to gently message and caress her head. And it seems to help, since she's slowly calming down and not flinching as
much.
Breathing in and out softly before I gently sing her one of her favorite lullabies. Trying to lull her back to sleep, without forcing her to.

Y/N fell asleep rather quickly and we continued to cuddle the whole night. The next morning I made us both a warm and comforting breakfast(pancakes and hot chocolate/coffee). Hoping to comfort her for the rest of the day.

We had a fantastic rest day!
