Part 14 - end

(Harry's POV) 

It's been two weeks since Louis and I had that talk and I think I've finally made my decision I just it's the right decision I remember just how hard it was to explain to Freddie that Louis wouldn't be seeing us for awhile but now that I've thought about things I"m ready to talk to Louis about my choice 

his phone rings 3 times before Louis answers "hello harry" Louis sounds both nervous and happy to talk to him "hey Louis I was just calling to see if you wanted to meet somewhere to talk about my decision it would be just the two of us through" I say I wait a few seconds for his answer "oh yeah sure were uh were would you like to meet" Louis asks I can tell his nervous about my decision probably thinking I'm leaving him "um how about at the park at 12:00 today" "yes yes I'll um I'll be there for sure uh bye" "bye" we hang up and I get dressed for the park 

"Where are we going Freddie asks me while we're in the car "well I'm dropping you of at grandma jay while I go talk to someone" "Louis" "yes Louis" "why can't I come I really want to see Louis" "maybe you will after we are done our conversation" I say looking at him he nods I drop him off and make my way to the park I pull up and see Louis already sitting on a bench 

(3rd person POV)

Harry gets out of his car and walks up to Louis he sits down next to him Louis looks at him and they both smile "hey" "hi" "so have you made your decision" Louis asks a little scared "yeah i have and I want you know that I have thought long and hard about this and at first I didn't know what to do I mean I just found out that the person I was slowly falling for and the who was great with Freddie was actually his father the father who raped at 14 and I'll admit that for a bit I didn't you in mine and Freddie's life anymore but I kept and I saw the effect you had on Freddie he would ask me everyday why we couldn't see you anymore and when we would and I couldn't give him a answer because I myself didn't know but I looking back on our time together and I realized I had fallen I just didn't know it fully I decided I didn't to lose you yeah you did a bad thing in the past your the reason I have my son our son really and it would mean to me and him if he had father and if he got to know you as his real father I'm sure he would be happy so would I" I say when I'm done I have tears in my eyes and see Louis in the same state 

"Harry I was young and stupid when I did what I did I didn't it was you until you told me about what happened and I couldn't tell you the truth because I knew once I did it would break your heart and you wouldn't want me around anymore and that scared me because I grew feelings for you to and I care so much about Freddie I'm so happy he's mine but I also understand why you were scared I would be to and believe it or not i think greatest fear is going to be the thought of losing my family you and Freddie because mean so much to me and you've made me into a better person and helped me reconnect with family I'll always be great full for that and I never want to lose you either so does this I get a second chance" Louis asks hopeful Harry nods "yes" 

They smile at each other then slowly move closer and share a passionate and Deep kiss 

They go to jay's house and explain to Freddie how they are dating and that Louis is Freddie's father at first he seems confused but once they explain he jumps into Louis's arms and they share a family hug 

They had it really good after that Louis decided he wanted to leave the gang because he found something better love and a family the boys took it well they all also decided to leave and find their own paths

Louis and Harry dated for 2 years and it was a mouth after Freddie's 8th birthday and a week after Harry's birthday that Louis finally popped the question 

They were having a date on top of a hill while watching the sunset that Louis felt this was the best time he stood them up and started talking "Harry our story is a bit complicated but that's ok because it turned out perfect in the end we have a beautiful incredible son that means the world to both of us and we've been together for 2 whole years and honestly I wouldn't change a thing but there's one more thing that has to happen to make our lives complete" Louis gets down on one knee and puts out a black little box and opens it to reveal a ring and puts his hands over his mouth as he starts crying 

"Harry will you marry me" 

Harry snaps out of his shock and answers "yes yes a thousand times yes" Louis gets up and puts the ring on Harry's finger they kiss and hug and once they pull away Harry starts to talk "I was waiting for the right time but now seems as good a time then any Lou I'm pregnant" Louis looks at him surprised "y-your pregnant" "3 weeks" Louis laughs happily and hugs Harry again he is now engaged to the love of his life with another child on the way his life couldn't be better
