School has relentlessly kept me busy, I have like 60 things to worry about, so this has been pretty low priority for me. Sorry if you've been waiting (though honestly it's not that worth it, I've barely drawn)
I rewrote my Vatican City headcanons, so in somewhat late celebration for doing something in less than 24 hours, I doodled him. I kind of improvised the wings with pen, so they came out questionably, but it's okay.

As you noticed, they distinctly lacked noses (or any detail, really) and Scotland was lacking his facial hair. To be fair, in my 2-year-old original, I was putting little to no effort in, as opposed to the significant effort I put in here. Also I threw Cornwall in as a chough and was going to put Northern Ireland in as well, but I kinda ran out of room.
I miss making digital art, but ibispaint somehow went up to $29 or something?? So uh. No.
