Hades Daughter

Persephone

Persephone was breathing deeply, in and out as she has just given birth to her daughter, Poseidon, 1 of her husband's brothers was holding her hand the whole time while her mother Demeter helped deliver, Demeter came back holding a bundle, "thank that Gods, she looked like you then Hades."

Persephone looked down at her daughter to see her skin was the same as her and she did not show traces of Hades, "she can live here, she will fit right in," Demeter said, "she will never know who her father is." 

"Do you not think that Hades has the right to know?" Persephone asked, "he does not even know I was pregnant, I had to leave the Underworld before I started showing," Poseidon shook his head, "I know my brother, he never loved anyone," Persephone frowned, "but he loves me, I am sure of it, look, she is proof."

"You cannot honestly love that MONSTER!!!" Demeter scolding which woke up the newborn in her arms, the child in Persephone's arms started to cry hating the noise, Persephone looked clueless on what to do. 

Demeter grabbed the child from her, "honestly Persephone, have not been listening to what I have taught you about children?" Hearing the same voice that woke her up the child cries turned into screams, and she burst into flame making Demeter scream and drop her, Poseidon quickly caught the child but then screamed at the burning and sat her down harshly but not enough to hurt her.

"SHE IS A MONSTER TOO!!" Demeter screamed, "I am sure she did not mean it, it is not her fault that she is on fire," Persephone defended her daughter and wanted her back in her arms but she is on fire, "you are right, it is not her fault, it is her fathers, he has passed down his evil to her," her mother growled.

Poseidon summoned some water and soaked the child putting the fire out and now the child was screaming louder, "Poseidon, how could you? That could have hurt her," Persephone gasped.

"She hurt me," Poseidon defended, showing the burn marks on his hands, "Persephone, none of us can touch her, you will have to give her to Hades."

"I was going to anyways, I am sure he will approve of her," Persephone insisted, "oh, but this time you are not going back to him," Demeter added, "WHAT? But mother, he is my husband and that is our child," Persephone argued, "you cannot even hold her without getting a third-degree burn, and I know a more suitable God to marry," Demeter smiled.

Poseidon got down on 1 knee and proposed to Persephone, everyone ignored the crying child, "Persephone, I have been with you the whole time during your pregnancy not for the child but for you, I will show you what love is, because it is not the way you think, I am sure my brother does not treat you right, so come live me in the sea, we will give the girl to Hades since he cannot be burned or harmed by her, and the sea is no place to raise a flaming child," Persephone was silent for a long time before she burst into tears, he was right, she had to give the so called demon child up.
