Trent's pov|2:57pm

Getting ready for the match, Trent again could only think about his girlfriend. He knew he had to focus on what Klopp was saying but he also knew Ella was watching, as always, supporting and cheering him on. Even though it was an away game and she couldn't be there in person, she wouldn't for a second miss one of his games.

"Come on boys, we can do this. Remember Trent, adapt into that midfield position while Bradley plays at right back and I want high pressing from you dominik. Let's win this boys." Klopp told them.

The boys went out to the tunnel, taking deep breaths.

"I hope you heard what I said Trent, you can think about her after the game please." Klopp tapped his shoulder.

"I heard, I'll try my best the midfield." Trent answered.

"Good." Klopp smiled at the boy before walking behind the team.

The atmosphere was loud at the emirates stadium as the arsenal fans greeted their players. Trent wasn't that nervous because he was used to the away game energy. Obviously, when you step into another stadium, you're bound to have someone in the crowd who doesn't like you, especially when you're a liverpool player. After the hand shakes were finished, it was finally time to start the game..

The first half started off quite nicely for Liverpool as they got into the game quicker than Arsenal. Fans could be heard singing and chanting for their players, trying to give the gunners more energy, but their energy soon came to a holt due to a goal by Diogo Jota in the 15th minute. The liverpool fans cheered loudly whilst the players quickly hugged him and got back into the game.
Liverpool had more possession and Trent was using that to his advantage, passing the ball high up the pitch and dominating the midfield. He loved playing in the midfield because it gave him more confidence as he had to worry less on his defending. With that being said, in the 27th minute, Trent passed the ball to Salah who scored the second goal of the game. The game carried on being in liverpools favour until the half time whistle blew. 2-0 to Liverpool.

Half time was full of frustration from the Arsenal fans as they couldn't believe what they had just seen. Back at home, Ella just wanted Trent to win, being his biggest supporter all the way from liverpool. In the changing room, the atmosphere was filled with passion from the boys wanting to win and be better that they were in the first half. If they could just keep going, it could be the united game all over again. Trent and his competitive spirit was ready to see this game out and leave with 3 more points.

The whistle blew meaning the second half was now starting. Arsenal were starting to get the ball more than they did at the start of the first half. It seemed as if they were getting back on their feet. Bukayo Saka managed to take the ball from Curtis Jones and ran with it until he scored Arsenal's first goal of the match in the 50th minute. Robbo blamed himself for that goal as he was supposed to be marking him but was soon brought back to reality as Trent was now cutting through the midfield, passing defender by defender before smashing the ball into the top bins in the 51st minute.

"What an incredible goal from Trent Alexander Arnold." Ella heard the tv commentator say as she jumped up in the air in her 'alexander arnold' shirt.

"And my man, thank you to my man!" She sung, sitting back down to watch the match.

The game continued in liverpools favour as they had Arsenal wrapped around their fingers. Liverpool fans could be heard singing as the Arsenal fans were screaming at their players to wake up. In the 90th minute, a young Conor Bradley rushed to the front as Trent delivered a beautiful long pass which Bradley tucked into the net. This night was truly magical. The Arsenal players remained annoyed hearing the full time whistle blow. 4-1 to Liverpool.
