Trent was almost back home from his match against Arsenal and Ella was panicking while rushing to the bathroom. She was supposed to be on her period 3 days ago and she didn't know what to do. Ella had taken a test last week, which came out positive but thought it would be best if she took another. Maybe she did it wrong? She really hoped she wasn't pregnant because her and Trent hadn't even been dating for a month but with everything they've done together.. it was highly plausible. She felt so ambivalent. Although they've known each other for years, she didn't know how Trent would take it if she was. She decided it was best to call Jaida and ask for advice?

"I need help." Ella immediately said as Jaida answered the phone.

"Damn not even a 'hi', 'how are you" Jaida replied sarcastically.

"I'm being serious- I'm three days late! I took a test last week. It came out positive. Should I buy another test or am I overreacting?" Ella asked her bestfriend.

"GIRL WAIT-" Jaida was shocked.
"Ok- we'll go buy a test I'll come pick you up."

"Jaida..I don't know what to do, we haven't even been together for long. What if he leaves me?" Ella was still panicking.

"He won't leave you Ella, trust me! That boy has loved you for years. You've known and have liked each other for years. You was bound to have a baby any second now what all that alone time you've spent together. Everything will be okay." Jaida comforted her.

"He's gonna hate me. It's too early for something like this and-"

"Ella, you've know each other for years. He's liked you for so long. You're not having a baby with a stranger."

"Yeah but we've only been dating for a few weeks. I'm gonna ruin everything. Them tiktok vids said it's not good to have a baby so early in a relationship." Ella cried.

"You guys were unofficial for the longest though and don't listen to the internet. Everyone has their own opinions on things and make a big deal and judge people that don't go by what they say. Don't let anyone judge you Ella. If you are, and keep it, it's between you and Trent. No one else. It doesn't matter how early on you guys have a baby. You guys love each other and will most likely be together for a while, forever hopefully, and will be the best parents. Don't let people tell you how to run your relationship ok?"

"You're right." Ella sniffed.

"Don't let people judge you Ella and if they do I'll punch them. There's people out there that have babies with men they barely know, sleep with married men and worse but you guys have years of experience, trust and love. You'll be ok sis."

"Thanks sis." Ella was a mess now.

"Imma get ready and pick you up so you better be ready."

"Girl don't rush me-" Ella answered jokingly.

"Ok I'll text you when I'm outside. Love you." Jaida said.

"Ok. Love you." Ella responded.

Ella left the bathroom and quickly made her way to her room. She was worried about what time her boyfriend would get home, not wanting him to find out what was going on. The only person she wanted to tell was Jaida, which she did. She got dressed and prayed to God. Her mind wasn't in the right place at all. Of course if she was pregnant, she would love that baby with her whole entire heart and she knew Trent would too but she still felt nervous.

20 mins later

Waiting nervously by her phone, she finally received the text that Jaida was outside, to which she responded by running outside.

"Are you ok?" Jaida asked quickly hugging her.

"I'm so scared." Ella hugged her back, needing her embrace.
