(No one's POV)
Colby laid back against the car cushions as Sen had her head on his chest. She felt safe in Colby's arms, listening to the beat of his heart as it thumps in his chest.
Meanwhile, Jake was walking out of the store and walking towards the car with a cart full of items. He unlocked the car as Colby looked around, moving a bit so he could see Jake stuffing the trunk with all the items he bought with his money.
Jake then saw Sen on Colby's chest, and his eyes widened at the sight of it. Colby saw him staring at the two and looked away from Jake as he wrapped his arms around Sen, pulling her close to him. He was trying to hide his embarrassed face from Jake.
When Jake finished putting things in the trunk, he walked around to the side of the car where the back seats were and opened the door. Colby glances at him slightly before, burying his face in Sen's shoulder. Sen gently placed her hands on Colby's stomach. Her cheeks heating up when she grazes her fingertips on his abs.
"I thought you felt bad for her, and you're over here touching up on her while I'm gone." Jake says, Colby looks at him, shaking his head, Sen then slowly pushes herself up to look at Jake.
"I came onto him." She says with tears in her eyes. Jake frowns at the sight, and he feels guilty for the tone he had towards Colby.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to blame." Jake says as he stands up straight. Sen looks at Colby just to see him staring at her. He moves his hands to her face and wipes her tears away with his thumbs.
"I'm not upset with you, Jake. She just got on my lap, and I told her no sexual activities. She understood it, too." Colby says as he smiles softly at Sen.
"Well, now we know she listens to you, which is good because that'll help for the house. That also means she's gonna stay with you in YOUR room." Jake says as he hops in the car. Colby rolls his eyes and sits up, lifting Sen before he moves from his seat to sir comfortably.
"I don't mind if she stays in my room. It seems like she likes me more anyway." Colby says as he laughs softly. Sen smiles at his laugh and gets off his lap.
The car started up, and it was once again silent. Instead of looking out the window this time, Colby was staring at Sen, who was asleep again. His face was toward her as his body stayed straight. He had his hands in his lap, messing with the rings on his fingers.
While Jake drove on the road, Sen kept tossing side to side. Colby got a little bit nervous and decided to unbuckle again before he scooted to her and wrapped his arms around her. He gently grabbed her shoulders, moving her close to his chest again.
He then grabbed the middle seat buckle and buckled himself up to stay safe. He laid Sen's head on his chest and waited until they were home.
The car ride wasn't too long, but it felt like it was forever. When Jake pulled up in the driveway, the light flickered on as the garage door opened to let the car in.
Both Sen and Colby were sound asleep in the car as Jake parked in the garage. A little while later, he turned off the car to be greeted by one of the triplet brothers.
"Hey, Matt." Jake says as he greets Matt, who yawns from how late it was.
"Hey." Matt says while opening up the trunk. Jake opens the back seat car door and wakes up Colby to let him know that their home.
"Huh? What?" Colby says, his voice still waking up as he sits up, stretching his arms out while yawning.
"We're home now." Jake says, Colby just nods his head before he gets out of the car and goes to the other side of the car.
"Jake, come help me with the bags." Matt says as he has his hands full with grocey bags. Jake then walks over to the trunk and grabs a couple of bags as Colby goes to grab the right back door and open it.
Colby yawns again before he leans down and picks up the sleeping Sen. He carries her inside as the other two boys carry a few bags inside the house.
"Is that the girl?" Chris says loudly as he looks at Sen in Colby's arms. But Colby was too tired to snap at him for being loud, so he shrugs it off and walks away from Chris, going to his room.
"Yes, that's the girl." Jake answers as he places the grocery bags on the counter.
"Colby just woke up from a car nap, so he's a bit upset." Matt says awake as he starts putting the items away.
"Oh, okay." Chris answers, walking back to his own room and closing the door.
"I think at this point everyone is just too tired to answer anything." Jake says as he locks his car before locking the front door. Matt agrees with him as he throws the bags in a cabinet for other trash cans in the house.
"I'm gonna head to bed now." Matt says as he walks to his own room, but then stops when he sees Colby in his room, placing Sen on his bed and yawning a lot before he walks over to his side of the bed and flops down on it.
"Goodnight." Jake says to Nick, who was watching TV in the living room. He gets up, turns the TV off, and then walks to his room. Their house was huge and had a lot of rooms for each person.
"Johnnie's awake now." Nick says to Jake before closing his door and flopping on his bed. Jake curses himself for Johnnie being awake. He forgot that Johnnie was sleeping during the day so he could do a live stream at night.
Meanwhile, Matt closes Colby's bedroom door so he's not disturbed by Johnnie on live. If he did go on live stream tonight or not. Either way, Johnnie was awake and was going to either play his game or stream.
Jake then walks by every room, doing a room check to see who's all awake. He saw Colby's door closed before he moved onto the next room. Matt finally enters his room just as Jake comes by to check and see if he is asleep already. Matt waves him goodbye and closes his door.
Finally, Jake was at Johnnie's door and knocked quietly but loud enough so he could hear the knock. Johnnie gets up from his bed and opens the door.
"What?" He asks, rubbing his eyes as he yawns.
"If you're gonna stream tonight, keep it down, Colby has the girl we got in his room, and she's really tired." Jake says to Johnnie in a whisper tone.
"I was gonna go back to bed anyway, I couldn't sleep due to all the noise the triplets were making in the day." Johnnie says before he covers his mouth to yawn again.
"Okay, well, everyone is going to bed, so you don't have to worry about any of the noise. But I just wanted to let you know that we have the girl in our house now." Jake whispers, Johnnie nods his head as he looks past Jake's shoulder, staring at Colby's room.
"She's in his room?" He asks as Jake nods his head. Johnnie mumbles quietly as he closes his door in Jake's face and goes to sleep again.
Jake just shrugs before walking to his own when he finishes doing the every nighttime room check.
