Summary: Dream suffers with panic attacks and hasn't told Sapnap out of fear of being judged. Because he told ex and she wasn't too happy about it. Thankfully they broke up, but now Dream doesn't think that emotions and panic attacks aren't normal for males, so he hides them. Dream and Sapnap are at a very large social event, and Dream has a major panic attack and Sapnap can tell what's going on. Sapnap ends up finding him and helping him through it. Dream falls alseep because of exhaustion and Sapnap does as well. They wake up and confess, YIPPEE happy ending!!! ( ╹▽╹ )

Dream, said famous Minecraft YouTuber, deals with social anxiety and panic attacks. He hates it. It sucks. Don't get me wrong; he loves his family and friends, and being around people in general. But he hates large groups or crowds. He hates big events; whether it's family, work or friend events/ gatherings. It can get extremely over whelming for him, and causes his social anxiety to step in and ruin his day. With a panic attack. SO 'Amazing' right?
Ever since Dream was a teenager, maybe 13 or 14, he had suffered with panic attacks. Mainly, it was because of his social anxiety. He usually deals with his panic attacks alone, because he hasn't told his best friend (and maybe crush) Sapnap/ Nick. He didn't really want to tell Sapnap, because he was scared of being judged.
You wanna know why he was so scared of being judged? Because of his bitchy ex. He told his ex about his panic attacks and social anxiety, but instead of being loved and supported like anyone should. He was judged and sterotyped because of his gender.
Here's what his girlfriend said. Fairing warning it's not the most open minded thing in the world:
"You.. What? No you don't. That's something only women deal with. Guys are meant to be tough, but especially people who look like you. I mean you look so tough and strong. So you should be."
Yeah.. not the best thing in the world to say.
Dream was absolutely devastated. He eventually and finally broke up with her, with the help and support from one of his oldest and closest friends.
