Lu Yue was walking back from the kitchen after filling his water bottle when he slipped on one of the steps to the game room.

Lu Yue fell to the floor with a thud. That caught the attention of the rest of the group. When they saw the 19 year old on the floor, they all jumped out of their seats that were at their computers. K and Lu Si Cheng ran over to check on the younger.

'' It's okay, sunshine'' Lu yue says, and everyone looks at them .'' Yu Ming, sorry'' Lu yue widens his eyes and gets up from his chair.

Actually, sushine was the nickname used by Lu Yue when Ming and Yue were dating years before the incident. Ming and Yue broke up soon after the incident with his hand. Ming swears it was because of the age difference, but Lu Yue doesn't believe this. Lu yue leaves the room as everyone follows them with their gaze, Ming turns to everyone and also leaves the room.

--

Lu Yue isolated himself in his room.
His head was spinning as if someone had hit him several times, as he felt pain he thought about Ming, how stupid he was for calling him by his old nickname. He was not worthy to use it after hurting him.

Lu yue tried to get up, however, he felt a great pain behind his eyes that made him sit up in his bed again, he opened his drawer and looked at his exams again, he couldn't let anyone know he was sick.

--

Ming was on the balcony thinking about Lu yue and how much he regretted ending the relationship, at the time he blamed him for his recklessness and thinks he really hurt his hand, he remembers all the kisses and in all the appointments Lu yue accompanied him and the apologies the younger man gave him, he never left his side. Ming could imagine that things would end up like this, Lu yue had an extravagant personality and always needed attention, something totally the opposite of Ming who liked silence and peace. The two worked well together.

The younger one was banned from the team and Ming didn't hear from him for almost 1 year, when he reappeared at the base as if nothing had happened.

He was very grateful to Ai Jia for being in that place and being able to clear up everything that happened, deep down Ming knew that it wasn't his fault.

--

The next day everyone was having breakfast when Lu Yue came out of his den laughing and happy as if nothing had happened.

''You are so happy today, it doesn't seem like yesterday-'' Pang starts and Tong yao interrupts him.

''It doesn't seem like yesterday you were beaten by a book'' Tong Yao says, glaring at Pang

''I'm fine, it was nothing really.''

Deep down, the younger man was lying and spent the night with migraines and pain in the eyes, but what would he do? Scream to everyone that he had a little dot in his brain that he didn't even know what it was? Certainly not. Is nineteen a good age to go blind? Maybe not. He didn't win the Nationals or the World Cup as he had so dreamed, nor did he visit Paris with Ming as they had always said they would do together.

He looked at Tong Yao and Si Cheng who were playing with the cat and wondered why this is happening to him.

''Lu yue, are you all right?'' K asked

''He is, that's just him being a drama queen'' Si cheng says

Lu yue turns to the refrigerator and feels sick, as if needles had been stuck in his eyes, a pain so strong that his body could not stand up for long.

Lu yue blacked out and went to the ground.

''LU YUE''

Lu Si Cheng felt desperate as he held Lu Yue's convulsing head in his arms.
