"I think a food drive would be perfect for this type of occasion," I offer my opinion as everyone's attention focuses on me.
"So we could start by announcing the food drive in the auditorium. We could inform our schoolmates to bring any tin food that they have at home, of their choice. The boxes would be placed along the entrance at the school, the corridors, the canteen, and at the office."
"You would just place them there, write their names on the note saying it's from them."
"Reason for their names, remember we also have a cake sale soon so we're tallying up how many persons would come to support, just an estimation."

As we wrap up the meeting, Emani looks around the room and says, "All hands in favor for the food drive." One by one, hands go up in agreement, signaling unanimous support for the initiative.
With the decision made, we start discussing the details.
We allocate tasks for designing the boxes, ensuring that they are eye-catching and colorful to attract attention. Emani volunteers to take charge of the box design, and everyone chimes in with ideas.
We plan for some of us to arrive early on the day of the food drive to set up the boxes in the designated areas, while others volunteer to stay back after school to collect the donations and help transport them to the designated storage area.
Excitement fills the room as we finalize our plans, knowing that our combined efforts will make a difference in the lives of those in need.
