"Wake up, (Y/N)" I hear my mother say, lightly shaking my shoulder.
"(Y/N), its time to get ready." she says again.
I open my eyes slowly, taking a few blinks to adjust to the light coming from the open window in my room.
One,
Two,
Three.
My (F/C) curtains is the first thing I see, covering very little of the light shining from the window. My (H/L) (H/C) falls into place. I turn my head and see my mother smiling at me.
"Oh, goodmorning, Mother!" I greet her with a smile.
"Goodmorning! How was your rest?" she replies.
"It was great!" I get out from under the sheets and my feet hit the cold floor, sending shivers through me. "When will we be leaving to the Phantomhive Manor?"
"Perhaps around 8 o'clock, which is roughly 2 hours from right now. Would that give you enough time to pack and get ready?" My mother asks.
"Yes that should be enough. Thank you." I smile
I watch my mother grin and walk out of my bedroom. A yawn and a few stretches give me the strength to start my day. I then get hit by the cold air breezing through the room. I was indeed in a nightgown after all. I walk toward the window, which was cracked open just a bit, and open it all the way. The view was amazing. 2 stories high off the ground. I can hear the birds chirping, trees rumbling with the sound of wind. And the smell, it was perfect.
~~~~Time-skip to the Phantomhive Manor~~~~
The Phantomhive Manor was huge! Way bigger than ours. I stept out of the carriage and my feet landed on the concrete with my head faced down, just so I could see where I was stepping. Suddenly, I heard a click. I shot my head up and noticed a group of people standing at the doorway. There was a boy, about my height,with dark-dark blue hair. A redheaded woman with big glasses and in a maid outfit, a friendly-looking boy with golden hair and plaid pants with a hat on his back, and older looking man with blonde hair in a chef outfit with goggles around his neck. Then another man walked up. He was very tall, way taller than me, and quite handsome. His appearance showed black hair, and in a butler outfit. I'm certain he's the butler of the manor. And his eyes, they're so....beautiful. So red and bright.
"Hello Miss (L/N)" The boy greeted. "I am Ciel Phantomhive. I believe you are staying with us for a few weeks. Am I correct?"
"Yes." I walked up closer to the group to make better eye contact. Ciel throws out his hand giving me a gesture to shake his hand. So I do.
At the corner of my eye, I see the tall man walk closer. I turn my head.
"I am Sebastian Michaelis, the butler." He smiles.
I was right. He is the butler.
"You must be (Y/N)." He adds on. His eyes. I can just drown in them.
"Yes, its a pleasure to meet you, Sebastian." I reply.
~~~~Time-skip to inside the manor~~~~
I follow Ciel through the halls of his manor. God, its huge. The walls are decorated with beautiful paintings and wallpaper designs.
"That is the guest bathroom, my bedroom is down the hall, and this room right here is where you will be sleeping." Ciel says as he opens the guest bedroom.
The bedroom is really nice. Its got a well-made queen's bed with 2 small tables on both sides. The floor is dark brown hardwood. The window is covered by red curtains, making the room a bit dark.
"It seems lovely in here." I tell Ciel.
"Yes, I suppose. Anyways I have things I need to take care of. Sebastian will come and check on you over time. If you need anything, tell him." Ciel turns around and leaves, closing the door.
'Sebastian. The butler. I don't know what it is about him, but he just seems so....different. Like he doesn't seem.....human. Haha what am I thinking.....'
~~~~Time-skip to night~~~~
"Here are your sleep clothes, Miss (L/N)." Sebastian says, handing me the clothes I borrowed.
"Thank you, Sebastian." I smile at him and take the clothes.
"If you need anything, please, just tell me."
"I will. Goodnight." I tell him.
He walks out of the bedroom and I crawl into the bed. It's very cold, even with the sheets on me. After a few minutes, my eyes get heavy. And heavier. Until I fall asleep.
So.
Very.
Cold.
