Shivansh laughed at some funny talk of Malti. Well, she seems a great lady, so cheerful and friendly unlike her daughter.
About her, he did not see her after that incident.
When he was done eating Malti came after an hour and since then she is with him, talking to him. He is not disliking her presence though.
" Kaki, Can I ask something?"
Malti hummed as yes and Shiv continued.
" Why did you save me? Like, you could have leave me there. I was unknown to you and I could have been dangerous for you."
Malti smiled,
" My daughter said same. But I could not leave you dying there. Guess, humanity still exits in world. My daughter always call me innocent because I trust people quickly and help them without any single thought."
Shiv hummed and said.
" I have to agree with your daughter. You shouldn't trust people soon. But, let me assure you I am no danger and again thankyou for saving me."
A question arise in Malti's mind and she asked suddenly.
" Did you meet my daughter? How did you find her?"
Shiv furrowed his eyebrows, failed to decipher Malti's tone because there is some sort of excitement in her gaze.
" Um.."
" Don't be nervous. Tell me truth."
Malti assured him as he was getting hesitant. Shiv thought for few seconds before saying-
" Uhmm....Ghamandi? Akdu?"
( Sniffy? Arrogant? )
Silence spread between them for a minute and Shiv expected a slap on his non-injured shoulder by Malti but-
" Wahh! You caught her right."
Shiv was amused by Malti's answer. Like, she literally agreed with him.
" I mean I love my daughter but sometimes she really act like my mother, can you imagine? She scolds me. Teach me so many life lessons and anger always resides on the tip of her nose. But, I love my daughter."
Shiv burst into laugh hearing Malti's words who later chuckled.
" Oh Kaki! You are really funny and innocent."
He said in between his laugh.
" She seems dangerous."
Shiv stated and Malti hummed as yes.
" You know when I asked her to give me food plate, she showed me attitude. You know na Kaki, I am helpless. I cannot stand on my feet."
Only Shiv know how much true his words were but he succeed to melt Malti's heart. Well, She expected this from her daughter.
" I am so sorry from her side. I will talk to her."
" Don't be sorry, Kaki. You did not do anything."
