A week later...

It was evening around 8 and Jungkook had just parked his car outside his mansion, he stepped down and stopped as he saw Jin driving inside as well. He waited for his brother to get down, with a smile Jungkook waved at Jin who smiled back at the male walking towards him.

"You came early today? I thought you had some shoot?" Jungkook asked as the two walked inside.

"Well I had to complete the shoot as dad called me and said he had some important things to talk about." Jin spoke, Jungkook frowned at his words.

"Ohh." He spoke, the two walked inside and went to their own rooms to get changed and freshen up as Ara asked them to do so. Getting dressed in casual the two came down and directly went towards the dining area as it was almost dinner time.

As usual they all were sitting on their chairs, having the delicious food made peacefully, till Jin remembered that his father wanted to talk about something.

"Dad you said you wanted to talk about something?" Jin spoke, Hanuel hummed as he glanced at Jungkook.

"So it's basically I want to talk to kook about something." He started, Jungkook looked at his father as he heard his name, he gave a nod Letting Hanuel know he was hearing him.

"Ahem, so you know Mr park Minhyunk?" Hanuel asked, Jungkook hummed.

"Yeah he is an investor of our company." Jungkook spoke, Hanuel hummed.

"Hmm so I guess you also know Irene his daughter, she came to do the meeting instead of him a few days back." Hanuel spoke, Jungkook hummed still not understanding what's with the park's matter.

"Ok so, minhyunk called me in the morning, he want to turn this business relationship into something more closer, you know he want us to be families." Hanuel spoke, Jungkook frowned.

"I am not understanding what are you trying to say dad." He spoke out, Hanuel sighed.

"Ok I won't beat around the bushes. He want to marry his daughter Irene with you, and he had asked what's our opinion over this proposal." Hanuel spoke, Jin stopped eating as he looked at hi father's being stunned while Jungkook hummed.

"Hmm, so say we are not interested." Jungkook spoke straightforwardly, Hanuel looked at Ara who shrugged her shoulders, Hanuel sighed.

"Kook we can't straight out say something like that. See I have met her a few times and she seem a very kind and sweet girl to me, she is perfect to be a member of our family and she is a mature person who will be a very strong support for you as well. You have met her as well and I am sure you are smart to sense how a person is." Hanuel spoke.

"I understand everything you are saying dad, she is a kind and mature person. But my answer is still the same, I don't wanna marry her. Heck I don't wanna marry anyone at this point. Please understand that." Jungkook spoke as calmly as possible.

"Ok in understand you don't wanna marry her, but you can atleast date her. Or atleast go on a few dates with her, see kook you are grown up and you should be the one choosing your life partner and I have no problem with your chose too. Neither I am forcing you to marry the girl, all I am saying is go on a date with her. Just once, if you don't like her it's fine, we won't proceed this anymore." Hanuel spoke softly, Jungkook sighed deeply as he placed his chopsticks on his bowl.

"Fine, but just once." Jungkook spoke, Jin snapped his head to stare at Jungkook with shocked face. He never expected Jungkook to agree on even meeting the girl and here he is ready to go on a date with her.
