Nullified Powers . {HIATUS}

⚠️/🕒 ; did you.. miss me? .

I happily barge in the spaceship, seeing null charging I decided to leave them alone. I made my way to the office chair and sat on it, making a squeaking sound when I did so. I hummed a tune, it's a music that I have heard before, but I do not know where, or how. It's like my memories are blocked by an unknown force.

After I finished humming I decided to hang out a while until sleep got to me. 'It was... 02:15 AM !' I thought, looking at my interface who automatically displayed the time when I thought of it. I always liked to hang around in the middle of the night since, well, I don't know.. It's probably an habit I got from nowhere. Quill was sleeping outside, while I stayed in the ship. I won't admit this to anybody else, Null kinda makes me feel.. safe? Comforting? Maybe both. Atleast I won't have to make friends with inanimate objects now.

I then decided now is probably the best time to sleep. I stood up and sat down closer to Null, who was sleeping soundly. It was kinda cute. Their face displayed a 'ZzZ' face which made it even better. Their tail was plugged in one of the electric outlets next to them. I closed my eyes as I slowly drifted off to sleep, listening to their robotic whirring as they moved unconsciously every once in a while.

It was a stormy night, voices of adults filled the room to the brim as I patiently held the metal tray with a few empty glasses on top. " And where is 'she' getting the hair to play dress up with them? " one of the adult males said. If I remember correctly, his name was James. He swung the glass around as if it was nothing while talking to me. " creepy! " The man said, throwing the glass to which I hurriedly catched it using the metal tray that has been stacked with empty glasses. I gently threw the metal tray in the air and gave a quick bow before turning around and heading back, catching the metal tray with ease.

I walked through the hallway, eventually meeting a stairways to get up. I stopped infront of a big Radius glass window, thunder striked infront of it just after I stopped. This.. Is a mansion. I've been working here for as long as I can remember. I got along with the other robots well, except for one. But that's a different story! I then continued on, passing the hallway which slightly muffles the crows cawing and the loud thunder. I kept on walking and diverted my gaze, only to bump into another robot, we both hollered as we land on our butts.

" - Oh! I-I'm so terribly sorry--"

" - it's okay, I wasn't looking anyway. "

there sat Quill, I met her when I first worked here, She was quite nice. She had round glasses on and wore maid clothes, with 2 white striped long black socks who complimented the Mary Jane shoes. On top of that, she wore a black headband, which suits her nicely.

We both reached for the glass infront of us and a blue spark flashed when we made contact with eachother. We froze in place as I raised my head to look at her, which she also did in sync. She gasped, holding out her hands as we both displayed a white blushing face. I held my hand at the back of my neck sheepishly, as my face showed a embarrassed smile.

I suddenly wailed as I got kicked at the side of my head, dropping face down on the red carpeted floor beneath me. M scoffed,

" move it, moro-- " before she could even finish her sentence, Azalea appeared beside her, causing M to change sides immediately as she diverted her gaze to the young shadow lady infront of her.

" hhiiiiii Azalea!.. " she said in a sickly sweet tone, completely ignoring poor injured me over here.

" Oh, no.. Two this time? " she said, changing her tone of voice to her normal one. Infront of her stood Azalea, one of the daughters of the noble families here. And behind her.. is another robot?.. Their mechanical gears whir softly as they slowly moved away from Azalea, revealing to be a robot with a unique hairstyle, they have 2 ponytails infront of them and wore the same clothes as Quill did. They looked at the shadow lady first, and diverted their attention towards us, giving a small smile.

I looked at them shocked, but not enough as the 2nd one. They also came out just like how the first one did, except the way they act was cold. Their monitors are unfazed by us staring. I thought I saw them look at me, but I guess I probably imagined it?.. Their appearance was quite unique, they had white hair with light purple ones at the bottom, creating a beautiful gradient between the border of the two colors. Their face.. instead of having the normal white eyes like any robot who worked here would have, they had light purple eyes. And not only that, she had horns, filled with light purple liquid, with light yellow ones at the bottom. I didn't bother asking why they had horns because I don't think I wanna know.  They had a tail, too. But, how weird it is, the tail is a plug?..

I sat there, completely dumbfounded. I felt Déjà Vu right when I first saw them. Have I met them before? I feel like I did, but I don't know where, hell, I don't even wanna know! I noticed that the 2nd robot looked at me, which made me surprised since I'm basically almost the outcast here. And then, they.. they smiled at me? not a cold one, not a mental one, but a warm, comforting smile was shown on their face. I felt comforted by that, hell, even if they didn't show a smile I'd still be oddly comforted..

I felt my robot head hurt, as my interface glitched. 'I think it's coming back to me now... '

I gasped, forcing my eyes to wake up as I frantically darted my eyes everywhere, but I realized that it was just a dream... or maybe not? I turned my head and beside me was a annoyed Null, while on the other hand, Quill was raising a brow at them, seemingly trying to pry Null for answers.

" OH, C'MON! WON'T YOU JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WERE DREAMING OF?! " Quills voice rang out inside the spaceship, it almost made my head go back to throbbing again..

" absolutely NOT. " Null replied coldly.

" WhHyyYYYY nNNnOoOoTT?!?! " Quill said back, " BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE THAT YOUR PRYING ME FOR ANSWERS!!!!!! " Null snapped, it almost sended a chill down my spine since I have never seen Null get mad like that before,  guess I haven't really known them yet.... ' or have I? '

" uggghhh... You're no fun! " Quill sighed in defeat,

" good. " Null replied, I almost snickered at this argument even though I have absolutely no idea what's going on whatsoever. I sighed, ' oh boy, this is going to be a longggg day... '

hiya! Author here, just wanna let ya know that nullified Powers is now in semi hiatus!! Sure, I won't be posting everyday, but hey, atleast ya get another chapter.
