*Beep Beep Beep*
I woke up to the sound of my alarm blasting through out my room. My eyes flutter open as I slowly turn over to see what time it was. The clock read 4:30.
I get out of the bed, stretching my body as I look around my room. It's pretty empty but cozy, after all I'm only here for 6 months shooting this movie. I vowed to never, ever, play Celie again, but once I heard how Celie was actually getting an imagination, I accepted.
Walking to my bathroom I cut on my shower so it could get hot. I exit the bathroom to go into my walk in closet. I only have to shoot a couple of scenes today so I will pick out something simple.
"Sweater or No Sweater?" I mumble to myself. Just to be sure, I check my weather app. "Definitely no sweater."
I pull out some sweatpants and an oversized T-shirt. I could smell the water getting hot so I grabbed my towel and walked into the bathroom.
(I don't want to hear anything about being able to smell hot water 😭😂)
Stepping into the shower I sigh at the feel of the scalding water on my back. I stand there for a moment, basking in the sweet silence. After a few minutes I take my rag and put my favorite body wash on. I scrub from head to toe, making sure no spot was left missing.
Getting out of the shower I go to the sink to brush my teeth and do my skin care. I hear my phone ringing in the background, I rush to by bed to see who is it.
"TASIA!" A loud screechy voice said through my phone.
"Good Morning to you too Taraji." I said as I grabbed my purse walking out the door. "You ready for our scenes together girl?"
I sigh, "Yeah, even though I'm a bit nervous." I get into my Mercedes Benz and start her up. "Baby girl, you have nothing to be worried about. If we being honest I think I'm the one who should be nervous!" She said with a slight chuckle.
"And why do you think that Ms. Henson?" I say with in a playful tone. I hear Siri tell me to turn right on I-95 so that's what I do.
"Well number one, do you know who you are? You're freaking Fantasia! I don't think my singing skills can ever match yours."
"And you're Taraji P. Henson, a literally walking Oscar. I should be intimidated." I said laughing. I hear silence for a few seconds, then hearing her beautiful laugh. Lord what am I thinking...
"Anyways, where you at girl?" I heard scuffling from the phone. "I'm pulling into the parking lot right now baby." I said as I looked for a parking space.
"Oh I see you!" She said excitedly! I pull my car up next to hers and I see her standing next to it. I hang up the phone and grab my belongings.
I make my way to her doing a little jig for her. I love her so much, these past scenes have been so rough, and soon as she notices I'm down, she comes over and shows me some love. Just to cheer me up, and I'm forever grateful for her.
"TASIAAAAAAAA" Taraji screams as she pulls me into a hug. We rock side to side for a bit before she pulled away.
"Oo girl look at you! Looking how you looking." She said eyeing me up and down, I swear I can see a slight sparkle in her eyes as she said that.
"And what about you? Looking like a tall glass of water" I said playfully. I see her face get red as she turned away from me. I grab her chin and make her look at me.
"Unt, don't hide that pretty face from me Mama." I said looking her dead in the eyes. I see her eyes wandering from mine, all the way down to my lips. I see her chew her bottom lip slightly before she clears her throat.
"Well, Let's not waste more time girl, we got a movie to film." She said before locking her car. I giggled softly before turning around and walking towards the trailer area, making sure I sway my hips a bit. Just to give her something to get flustered over. I loved the way she looked at me, I hope she does the same while I'm in that pus-
It feels like her eyes are burning into my ass, Damn I still got it, I think to myself. I walk to my trailer and I turn around.
"Alright Raji, I'll see you in 40?" I say. This girl ain't heard a damn thing I said. She looks at me with lust in her eyes. If we didn't have a movie to shoot I would have jumped her bones right then and there.
"RAJI!" I yell slightly. She jerks her head up, "Yes Tasia?" She said fixing her demeanor.
"I'll see you in 40, yeah?" "Yes ma'am" She said as she walked to her trailer. Making sure she got there, I close my door before resting my back on it.
Damn.. What is she doing to me?
that's all yall getting, my fingers are tired. Anyways, I hope yall enjoyed. Don't expect an update soon, I have a spirit of procrastination, the Lord is working on me🥲.
