Both of them are shocked to theirs core. They awkwardly stare at the opposite directions to avoid eye contact. But there's still an hour left to reach their stop.
Altan moves his gaze from window to Calina's direction. Calina face is still pink, which makes altan wonder if she's happy to see him again or embarrassed. Just when he was about to look away Calina turned to his direction.
*DEAD SILENCE*
Finally after 10 minutes of that deadly silence, Altan starts the conversation.
Altan : Hii, do you remember me?
Calina : Hii, um yeah.
From Calina's response Altan knew she's definitely not happy to see him again.
Altan: Wow, can't believe we are studying in same university as well. Don't tell me you are studying B-tech??
Calina: No, my major is business administration.
Altan: Oh, that's explain why I never saw you during classes.
Calina: Um yeah...
Altan now don't know what to say, as our boy is a big introvert he definitely ain't the best at keeping conversation going on. Thus he try to find topics to talk.
Altan takes out his phone from his bag and search on internet, "Top 10 topics to talk about with your old friend who you met after four years", "How to strike an interesting conversation which never ends", and so on.
Calina noticed him being nervous and typing aggressively. Curiosity killed the cat. She tried to take a look at his phone and saw "How to talk to a girl". Calina laughed out loud. Altan notices her laughing and pointing out at his phone. Blush covered all his face.
Altan: Hey??? can you stop Please this is embarrassing.
Calina:Bahahahahabroimtryinghahhaha hah *gulps* *trying to catch her breath* um um I'm sorry *tears forming up around her eyes from laughing* sorryyyy
Altan: It's okay....
Calina finally stopped laughing and caught her breath. And then she realised Altan was making efforts to talk to her. Suddenly guilt fills her up in. Altan noticed her expressions changing. And says -
Altan: Hey noo it's okay don't feel bad and don't you dare say sorry to me again. It's okay I'M FINE. Instead it was indeed funny see it released that awkward air.
Calina nods her head and smiles
Calina: You are right, though still I'm sorry I peeked at your phone.
Altan: Did you just ignore what I said ? No sorry.
Calina: Okay okay sir, whatever you say.
Altan: By the way I forgot to ask, How are you?
Calina: Pretty good, what about you?
Altan: That's good to hear. I'm doing well too.
Calina smiles at him. She got a text, she pulled out her phone to check it. It was from Tyler, her best friend. Calina was excited to tell her bestie about Altan. Tyler has spent 4 years listening about Altan over and over again.
Calina types - "GUESS WHAT???"
Tyler - "WHAT"
Calina - "BRO MIRACLE!!!"
Tyler - "YOU TOPPED MATH??"
Calina - "Now tone down your expectations miss"
Tyler - "oh...YOU GOT A BF???"
Calina - "Um nevermind I'll say it myself. Altan..."
Tyler - "ALTAN???? ALTAN WHAT BISH COMPLETE YOUR SENTENCE. HE GOT MARRIED ???"
Calina - "married ?? Gurll how can you say that to me? 😵"
Tyler - "Then what bish tell me before I get more impatient"
Calina - "Um he's sitting next to me in the bus"
Tyler - "OMG ??? YOU BEING FR ?? WHAT IN THE WORLD OMG I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS AAAAAAA GIVE ME ALL THE DETAILS"
Altan noticed Calina typing in sucha high speed and while making a cute smiley face. His heart melted. Just when Calina was about to reply to Tyler, Altan said something unexpected.
