Kendra's POV
We landed in Bahrain, the first race of the season, and I was pumped!! Of course now that I was back Leah wouldn't let me out of her sight, so naturally she had to come to that or because we were going to see charles.
We walked through the airport looking way out of place two cowgirls rocking kicks and hats in this place, we had heads turning. We were heading down the escalator when I saw Daniel, Charles and some other guy with them, he was pretty cute.
Lando's POV
The boys dragged me along to the airport to pick up Kendra. I didn't want to but if I didn't go I would have had to face Luisinha. We sat at the entrance waiting for them to come down the escalator. My phone won't stop going off, I finally had to put it on silent and put it away. When I look up, Charles is holding his sign and pointing at some of the people. Finally I catch a glimpse of a cowgirl hat and I look at Daniel who seems to have seen it too, he shakes his head and smiles. Charles nudges me and says, "see what we mean when we say you can't miss her."
She comes down the escalator and Daniel practically jumps her as soon as she gets down at the bottom.
"Can't do anything subtle can you" he says with a laugh
"Momma didn't raise no bitch, If they don't like it, well fuck em all" she says and makes both boys laugh.
"Charles" she says looking at him and giving him a hug, leah then follows suit.
"Kendra, this is Lando, Lando this is Kendra," Daniel states with his arm around her.
"Nice to meet you", she says with a soft smile.
"Ermmm", leah says with an annoyed look at daniel
"Oh and this is Leah, her friend", he says and she glares at him before shaking my hand.
"Nice to meet you" i say
We walked outside to the parking lot, where the ferrari that the boys insisted on driving is parked.
"Okay , give me your bags," Daniel says. Kendra laughs and gives him a pat on the shoulder.
"Nice try hot shot, but you know me, i'm a country girl whether i'm in or out of texas" she says and points at this white GMC truck parked not too far away. Daniel laughs and says "of course you would rent out a truck." She smiles and walks off towards it as the boys and I get into the ferrari.
"See you at the hotel little K" charles says before daniel drives off
Kendra's POV
We hop into the truck and immediately Leah starts talking about how cute Charles was looking.
"Okay but can we please just agree he looked amazing? '' She emphasizes the last part.
"Okay whatever" i say as we start driving, of course being that Charles was driving we had a little competition which i won.We passed them and I blew a kiss and waved.
" oh and that lando Oh MY GOD, he could have me anytime he wanted." she says and i can't help but laugh
"Have you lost it"
"Oh, please did you not see him, i mean he did stare you down the entire time so i don't know how you didn't"
"Please you are delusional, besides I already have a boyfriend that loves me" I finish.
We pull into the hotel and get out. Daniel takes my bags and we head up to the rooms. We are all on the same floor, just 3 rooms down from each other.
Soooo, we partying tonight" daniel asks,
"No"
"Yes" leah and i both say at the same time, I glare at her,
"No we are going to bed to get ready for our day tomorrow, besides your the one that has to race"
"I think we will mange" he says with a smirk as he brings the boys in close, they all have smiles on their faces.
"Goodnight boys"
We walk into the room and I fall on the bed. "Oh he is so into you" Leah says as she starts to unpack. "Okay first of all, I am in a relationship, with your brother, I say pointing at her "second I am pretty sure he has one to, third he was probably wondering what the hell these girls are doing here cuz if you have looked at us we don't Excatly fit in now do we"
"Ha, like my brother cares, he literally flirts with girls on a daily basis, and you know it. I'm just saying he is good looking and looking at him couldn't hurt anyone" she finishes as she enters the bathroom.
She was right Ashton literally flirts like his life depends on it but I always looked past it cuz that's all it was just flirting. Even though rumors have gone around he is cheating I know deep down he isn't. Right?
I look at my phone and I see he texted me good night and that he was going out with friends. Friends? As in a whole bar full of girls.
Was he cheating? My moms words ring in my ear, "God wouldn't let you love someone who doesn't love you back" So he must still love me, cuz I haven't seen otherwise. I put my phone down, shut the light off and go to sleep. Ready to start the races tomorrow.
We are 3 chapters in and I'm already loving this story. So many twists and exciting things to come!! -syd
