RWBY: Symbiotic Flame

Chapter 5

No One POV

"I feel bad for Yang and her team. It's been two days and they haven't found Blake at all."

"You mean the supposedly Ex-White Fang member?" Carnage responds as she stares at the chickens.

"We don't know that for sure. We don't know like Yang and her team. We don't know the whole story. Just little bits and pieces." Lucy tells her.

"In any case. I suggest an idea."

"Oh no..." Lucy starts to dread. Knowing the Symbiote. It's most likely having to do with eating bad guys.

"You want to help the blonde find her missing teammate yes? Well the answer is quite clear." Carnage says looking at Lucy now. "We must find the White Fang that robbed the Dust Shop a couple days ago."

"You want to find the White Fang members?" Lucy tilts her head. Carnage nods.

"Correct. Even if we believe that Yang's Faunus friend is not a member, she will probably go out and try to find them."

"Hmm..." Lucy thought for a moment. "...And you want to eat some White Fang members along the way. Right?"

"You know just like I know you well enough Lucy." Carnage licks her mouth. "White Fang are bad guys. You told me I can eat them."

"I did. But that could be a problem if what you say happens." Carnage tilts her head now. "I mean, if Blake truly was a White Fang Member, and she does go out to find them, it will probably cause a problem if she sees us."

"Oh that? I'll be in control and since you'll be inside of me, there's no way of her knowing you and I are one." Carnage retreats into Lucy's body. "And yes, I will not eat Blake. I promise."

"Thank you for saying that." Lucy stands up and pulls up her scroll to text Yang. But then Carnage forces her to put her scroll away. "Carnage?"

"How about... we don't tell her?" Carnage suggests. "Let's make this a you and me mission. No one else involved."

"But, we want to help find Blake." Lucy tells her. "Don't you think that should be our priority? And with Yang's help, we can try to find Blake faster that way."

"They will get in the way." Lucy narrows her eyes at the Symbiote's words. "...I want to eat with no witnesses around."

"Oh for fu-"

9 Hours Later (Night Time)

Lucy and Carnage searched all over town. Didn't find a single clue to Blake's whereabouts. Not even a clue to where the White Fang could be. But then Lucy realized, they checked only the town. Not the docks. Which is where they are heading now.

"I can sense multiple people here. And there are a lot of people." Lucy nods and sneaks her way inside a boat warehouse.

"More people inside. A lot of more." Lucy listening to Carnage licking her lips in excitement. Only because she gets the chance to eat a human brain after so many months. But that's only if they get that chance. "C'mon Lucy! Let us get one of them! That's why we are here! For me to eat!"

"Are you kidding me- Carnage! We're supposed to find Blake! Remember?!"

"Forget her!" The Symbiote argues with Lucy now. "My hunger takes priorities!"

The lights then turn off. The boat warehouse goes completely dark now. Lucy can't see a thing now. "You know if you're gonna sneak in an empty place..." a voice speaks out in the darkness.
