ABHIMANYU'S POV

I felt someone's warm presence beside me. My eyes slowly opened with a frown I look down with my sleepy eyes which were little bluring my vision.

A big smile form on my face looking at the most beautiful view of my life. Uttara was sleeping beside me, her face pressed against my chest as her arms are wrapped around my torso. She was sleeping peacefully in my embrace I wanted to hold her closer to my chest but I can't, even if we are married and she is my wife. We have never been so closed to each other and I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable on the first day of our Married life. Above everything she is my priority and I don't want her to look down on me.

I smiled as I trail my finger on her heena palm, my name engraved on her soft, gentle palm. My mind went back on our privious night's balcony talk.

Uttara finished her coffee and put the cup on the small glass table and she turned to me with a small smile on her face. Her face was glowing beautifully due to the small yellow string lights.

She forwarded both her hands towards me. I frown I raised my eyebrow in question at her. She sighed softly and cocked her head down at her palms and I look down at her hands covered in mehendi.

"Your name is hidden, you have to find your initial." Uttara mumbled, looking down before glancing at me with her soft eyes. I nodded,
In the intricate design of the Uttara's mehendi, I need to find my name or my initials which are hidden.

I held her hands gently and gaze closely at them trying to find my name carved. A furrow forming on my brow when I didn't find my name on her hand so I dragged my eyes at her another mehendi hand. I glance at Uttara and find her smiling at me teasingly.

I trace her palm with my finger, trailing my eyes on each details of her mehendi. My mouth curved into a broad smile when I noticed my name.

Abhi

My nickname written on her ring finger near her wedding ring. It was so beautiful and small, gently lifting her hand I leaned down and kissed my name on her ring finger. I lift my eyes slowly at Uttara and found blush adoring her cheeks as she look at me. I smiled, as we just stare at each other.

I sighed, smile forming on my face. I leaned down, traling my eyes on Uttara's beautiful face, long thick lashes, small perfect nose, heart-shaped lips. Damn...her lips they look fucking kissable. I quickly move my gaze away from them. I shook my head looking away from my sleeping wife.

Calm down your fucking thoughts Abhi.

What's my fault? I have the most beautiful wife sleeping beside me. I could never forget the moment when I first saw her walking down the aisle, cladded in heavy bridal lengha. I was stilled and my eyes were just fixed on her, I forgot the whole world because in my eyes I just saw her, she was my world. When she reached the stairs I forwarded my hand for her but the next moment her feet slipped from the stairs. God I am not lieing, I really forgot to breathe that moment, the fear gripped me tightly in its hold, I was fucking scared on that moment but my arm was quick to wrapped around her waist and pulled her closed to my chest. She was so close, in my arm I still remembered the hammering of my heart when I kept my plalm on left side of my chest.
