chapter 3

Rohit's POV

At evening meeting the seniors were talking about the youngstars -- Rahul and Hardik. They want to give a chance to them. Mahi sir said that he won't play next two matches for giving a chance to Rahul, the wicket keeper batsman and his Chiku will be captain.

Virat -- "How can I carry the captaincy while you made me someone's PA ?"

He said in complete dramatic tone and all of the members started to pamper him... like all the family members pamper the baby...

Yuvi paa -- "Aayein ? Who dares to do that with my bachcha ?"

Sachin sir -- "What happened Virat ? Why are you saying like that ?"

Mahi sir -- "Awww Cheeks... naraaz ho gaya tu bachcha ?"

Bhajji -- "Arey hua kya bataoge ?"

Virat -- "Instead of practice Mahi bhai forcing me to attend someone like a P.A."

Yuvi paa -- "Teri itni himmat Mahi, mere chhote bachche ko tu..."

Before he can complete Mahi and Raina started to chuckle. Yuvi paa stared at me and he too joined the laughter. Virat was standing there crossing his legs, pouting lips and face expression like 90's heroines.

Virat -- "You're making fun but here I'm really irritated. Someone take him to vada pav stall and gimme some relief"

Oh God! He's talking about me! What the misdeed I did that he punctured my prestige like that !? All the members turned at me when he exaggerated our afternoon conversation.

It was too embarrassing for me to face their chuckles. I had nothing to do except smiling like weirdo, but I'll take revenge Virat!

But alas! I couldn't see him that night. It means I fell asleep before he came and got up after he went away. He came and slept beside me its clear from the bed's view. I can't see the moment Virat sleeping beside me! Deep sigh!

I went to breakfast table after taking a bath. Nobody was there except Virat, Jaddu and Mahi sir.

Me : "Good morning everyone"

Mahi : "Morning Rohit, tum bhi jaldi uth jaate ho ?"

Me : "Umm not regularly"

That time Raina came and sat beside Mahi sir.

Raina : "Kiyu be Chiku, jaldi uth ke chala aaya aaj. Mahi se subah subah akele me chipakne ke liye jaldi aaya kya ?"

Virat : "Itna insecure kiyu hai bey tu ? Tujhse to Gambhir behtar hai"

Jaddu : "Sautan se to sab log behtar lagte hain..."

Virat : "Kya bola behench0d!!"

Oh teri!! So it was Virat ? Whatever, I couldn't understand what the shit are talking about. Virat continued to shout.

Virat : "Muh sambhalke baat karna tum dono. I respect Mahi bhai as an elder brother, he too treats me like a brother"

Raina : "Achcha cheeks baibyy"

Raina imitates Mahi. Yes Mahi sir addresses Virat like that... but I couldn't understand what is Raina's problem with Virat and Mahi's bonding. Mahi gave him a cold stare then he smirked and  turned his face aside.

[N.B.-- Rohit has not much idea about bl and he thinks himself 100% straight]

Then Sachis sir and other members came one by one. They all have only one question, why their Chiku baby got up today too early ?

Virat -- "I didn't get up. But I couldn't sleep yesterday"

Yuvi -- "Aayein ? Kiyu bachcha ?"

Virat -- "Rohit didn't let me sleep"

Hunn!! I was surprised! Why is he blaming me for everything ? What did I do ? And more weird thing is everyone chuckling at me.

Jaddu -- "Dikhne mein to tum aisa lagte nahi Sharma ji ke bete!"

Raina -- "Thank you so much Rohit, aise hi isko satisfy karte raho taa ki yeh Mahi se chipakna bandh kare"

Yuvi -- "But don't create too much pressure on my bachcha. He have to play also ahem ahem..."

What are they saying ? Is this Ict bungalow or a madhouse ? Or I'm mad that cannot understand them ?

Virat -- "Shut up rascals!! I couldn't sleep because of his animal like snoring!!!"

Virat rushed away.
