6. Knowing eachother better

Priya was done with her shopping. She had called Ram that she was done and told him where she was. She just stepped out of the book shop when she bumped to someone and both of their stuffs fell on the ground. Priya immediately started taking her books.

Girl:"Oh God, ye kya tumne?"

Priya looked at the girl and was shocked to see Kriti there. Priya made a disgusting face. Kriti looked at her and recognised her.

Kriti:"Oh, Priya.. Dikhai nhi deta kya tumhe.. Pata bhi hai kitne mehnge dresses hai ye.."

Priya:"Mujhe nhi pata aur jaanna bhi hai.. Vese bhi me to just shop se bahar nikali thi, so tumhe dekh ke chalna chahiye .."

Kriti:"Dekho Priya, me dekh kar hi chal rahi thi, agar meri koi bhi dress kharab hui hogi to tum dogi paise? Itne paise kaha se laogi tum?"

Now it was enough for her she was about to tell her something..

Ram:"Ek second.."

Both looked to that side. Kriti was shocked to see Ram there. Ram went to them and stood beside Priya.

Ram:"How dare you? Tumhari himat kese hui, meri hone wali biwi se iss tarah baat karne ki.."

Kriti was shocked. Priya looked at Ram.

Kriti:"Biwi?"

Ram:"Ha, aur iss tarah se tum baat nhi kar sakti Priya se.."

Priya:"It's ok Ram, hum chalte hai.."

Kriti:"Oh, to tum shaadi kar rahe ho Ram vo bhi iss Priya se.."

Ram:"Haa, koi problem hai? Ho to bhi ki baat nhi.. (Holding Priya's hand) Chalo Priya.."

They proceed to go..

Kriti:"Priya, ek suggestion hai.. I think tumhe isse shaadi nhi karni chahiye, you know na, Ram kitna pyaar karta tha mujhse, aur ab bhi karta hai, so you will be disappointed with him.."

Priya(coldly):"For your kind information, it's our personal matter so please don't interfere between us.."

Ram:"And.. I hate you, pyaar to dur ki baat hai.."

They both gave an angry look to Kriti and then left from there.

They sat in the car. Ram was very very frustrated with what happened just then. She saw him and took out a water bottle from her bag and passed to him. He looked at her firstly and then took the water bottle with a small smile on his face and drank some water from it.

Ram:"I'm sorry Priya, abhi jo kuch bhi hua uske liye.. Tum please uski baato par dhyaan mat dena.."

Priya:"Tum kyu sorry bol rahe ho? Aur mein, usne jo kaha uske baare sochna bhi nhi chahti.. Mujhe to vo pehle se hi pasand nhi thi.. Ab tum bhi zyada mat socho, Ok?"

Ram nodded.

Priya:"Umm.. Are you feeling ok now?"

Ram:"Haa, Thank you Priya.."

She smiled and he started driving to Priya's house.

After few minutes..

Ram(m):"Puch lu kya? Ajeeb to nhi lagega? Par ajeeb kya hoga usme, kuch galat thodi hai.. Puch hi leta hu.. (to Priya) Umm.. Priya, mein keh raha tha ki umm, tumhari car ko theek hone me thode aur din lagege, haina?"

Priya:"Haa, lag sakte hai.. Kyu?"

Ram:"Nahi vo, mein keh raha tha ki, jab tak tumhari car theek nhi ho jaati, tab tak umm.. M-Mein tumhe pick up aur drop kar sakta hu? Harroz?"

She was too shocked to speak.. Seeing her reaction he said,

Ram:"I mean, bhale hi hum ek dusre ko jaante hai, par agar hum shaadi se pehle thoda time saath me spend kare to ye humare liye hi accha hoga.. Aur tumhare tareke se dekhe to petrol bhi waste nahi hoga.."
