Dead Plate MC waiters AU!!!

Day 2

(what's on the menu?? COTAG!!!!! and... Manon x Rody angst. This base of the chapter was written by my friend Lily but all of this au is talked about and everything by the both of us)

After Rody's shift, He enters his apartment, taking off his shoes and such, as he walks over to the Calander which stays hanging near his Tv. As he approaches it there is a small note which is written in a red pen and goes by the lines of 'ASK MANON IF SHE CAN HANG OUT!' since they have been keeping decent contact last week, but her plans said otherwise about meeting up. He walks over to the phone and starts to dial her number. However, this time she didn't seem to respond at all.

"Seems like she's busy..." Rody grumbled.

The next day rolls up, it's a gloomy and wet day leaving the gentle patter of rain on the sidewalks. Angelica is walking with Forcas on the sidewalk as he holds the umbrella to cover them both, Angelica is now wearing a much fancier dress with a nice material. As they approach the restaurant a few people give them strange glances because in their eyes it looks like there is a floating umbrella covering her. They hurriedly enter the restaurant, however before they manage to enter a sleek black car (which appears to be brand new) stops at the front of the restaurant. Protag came out of the car covering himself with his blazer before waving at Angelica and running inside for cover.

As the '2' of them walk in they manage to catch a glimpse of Vince entering the kitchen, the doors stopping behind him.

Angelica looks over at protag who is shaking his blazer dry. "How come you're working here if you're able to afford that?" Angelica asked curiously.

Protag glanced over at her fixing his uniform "well-. My friend insisted on bringing me over today" He answered.

She nodded in understanding as they started getting to work on touching up the restaurant before opening.
Rody runs in dripping wet practically DRENCHED in rainwater. Unlucky for him though Vince enters the dining hall as he looks at Rody obviously annoyed. However, to make this awkward moment even worse Augustine comes rushing in, manages to slip on the door mat causing himself to collapse onto the floor grunting in pain, as he is equally drench in rainwater. Angelica, Protag and Vince stare at them shocked and concerned. Vince sighs in frustration as he walks to the kitchen to grab a towel for them.

"Both of you, dry off. You can't be seen by customers like this, are you not aware that umbrellas exist??" He replied scoffing slightly.

"Well- I don't own one..." Rody replied rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly

"Listen... I thought I could make it if I run fast enough through the rain with my jacket" Augustine chuckled slightly

Vince sighed slightly "You can have my umbrellas, but I better have them back tomorrow" He replied glaring at them.

Vince leaves through the kitchen door, leaving the 4 of them to awkwardly stare at each other.
A minute before their shift starts a blonde man with a beautifully perfect suit enters the restaurant exactly on time the restaurant opens.

"I'll go get the-" Protag tries to finish his sentence but gets cut off by the appearance of.... COWORKER???

"Oh good!!" Coworker replies with a cheerful tone "I would like a table for one."

"What are you doing here." Protag whispered to him slightly annoyed.

"Well... I decided to come back and stay here you know?? I've got a day off work and nothing to do..." He said as he grinned at him

Protag drags Coworker to a table and obviously serves him."HM... I would like an APPETIZER." Coworker says.

After a few people have entered the restaurant, it is back to its busy state, people here and there Angelica keeping the people entertained as she should. Forcas goofing around playing with people even though they cannot see him, slightly distracting Angelica but its manageable. Rody and Augustine struggling slightly due to Protag being hogged by the blonde guy. However, as their shift ends, he leaves the last meeting Protag at the cash register.

"Thank you for the wonderful assistance" He teased as he paid for his food. "Your service was soooooo good that I will leave a very generous tip!" He chuckled as he instantly filled the tip jar with a BUNCH of money and then simply left.

Protag stares at the tip jar flabbergasted as the rest of them gather. Soon everyone is staring at it in the same way, unable to move.

"NOW THATS A SHIT TON OF MONEY-" Augustine blurts out.

However, this is quickly interrupted as they hear the kitchen door open, Vince is standing there oddly cheerful.

"Well, well, well looks like you did amazing tonight." He chuckled as he approached the tip jar. "How about I keep this jar safe for your next payment!" He said with a large grin, something even Rody hadn't seen before. Quickly he grabs the jar, turns around and heads back to his office.

The '4' of them glare back at each other, Angelica chugging a water bottle.

"He isn't going to pay us... Isn't he??" Protag replies breaking free from the shock.

"Probably not" Rody sighs.

Suddenly Augustine looks over at Protag "Hey, this is random, but why was that blonde guy hogging you?? You know how much we struggled to even get everyone's orders??" he asked curiously and slightly annoyed.

"Oh- about that" He chuckles looking away awkwardly. "This customer kept bugging me about small things..." He spoke oddly as if he was trying to hide something.

"Right." Augustine replies. Everyone is now staring at Protag.

"OH-! LOOK AT THE TIME!!" Protag says in a bit of a higher voice as he walks around to the door. "I've got to go! Good night-" Protag replies cutting off as he leaves.

"So, anyone staying over for leftovers?" Rody said awkwardly.

"I'm going to go rest my voice, and because I don't want the rain to get worse than it is." She replies as she walks towards the door waving them goodbye as her umbrella magically follows behind her (Forcas is holding it).
As she leaves, she notices protag getting into the same fancy car that she saw exit earlier, this time she caught of a glimpse of the same blonde guy from the restaurant.
