Kashiv : A Love Story

Chapter 1

Author's POV:

Kashi, Uttar Pradesh, India

It is a city of gods, city of believes, city of hopes, city of Mahadev, city of Mahakaal. Every wish of devotee is fulfilled here, this city is situated on the bank of Ganga. Its rich culture and mysterious history make it more explorable.

At Ganga aarti:

Pt. Govid is instructing every one and reciting shloka's (verses of Hindu scripture) and other priest were following his instruction, whereas Shiv is recalling his memories like every day, He kept his hand on his shoulder and bring him out from excruciating flashback. Shiv stare at him and continue to aarti.

After Ganga Aarti:

As Everyone is wrapping their shops and going towards home, Shiv was sitting on Manikarnika Ghat and watching a funeral of a person. Govid comes to Shiv and Sat near him, while keeping his hand on Shivs hand he says "Every person who is born has die one day, we cannot control the death and life of a person." Shiv turns his face towards him and says "But memories of someone who is very near cannot be control either, and the void that person's departure made cannot be filled either."

They stayed silent till the body got fully burned and turned into ashes.

"Let's go to home Shiv, Ahilya must be waiting for us." said Govid.

"I do not want to go anywhere, like this same body, my soul is thirsting for revenge, I collected my brother's ashes and make him disappear in Ganga, but I want revenge and justice. Mahadev must do justice to my Abhya. He cannot do this to my Abhya!" screamed Shiv.

"Mahadev never does injustice to Abhya; He will make everything right at its place." Cried Govid with tears rolling down his eyes and Shiv cries out in anger and sorrow.

At Kumar's House:

Ding dong

Ahilya opens the door, "Day by day you both are getting late, come home at time, otherwise I'm not going to open this door from tomorrow." Yelled Ahilya.

"Sorry Ma" cutely says Shiv while washing her feet at entrance. Shiv, Govind, and Ahilya ate their dinner, Govind and Ahilya went to their room, while Shiv stayed at terrace in his dhoti, he took off his kurta showing his muscular shoulder, strong biceps, and A rudrash mala in his neck that is touches his abbs showing his every muscle in depth, his hopeless but deep eyes are gazing stars, with holding tears of past, a straight nose with well define features, with a painful smile. He stayed there for an hour and later he too dozed off.

AT DELHI UNIVERSITY,

(aka DU)

"I miss Abhya, how interesting tales he has, to share with us." Exclaimed Aradhya, "I miss him too Aaru." Agreed Satranga.

The group of four went deep into the thoughts, tears rolling down from their cheeks.

"Let's go to Hostels guys, warden is going to sue us." Said Kashish while changing topic. They all got down from university terrace and discard their beer bottles in dustbin. "Abhya hates us when we drink beers." Said Tyagi while throwing his bottle.

They all smiled and went towards their respective hostels.

Next Morning

"Professor Anant Ramkrishna a senior supervisor at archaeology is visiting our university and going to talk about Indian Culture and Heritage with interesting talks and fun facts, Do Join at Audi 2 at 3 PM." Poster read by Satranga and Tyagi.

"Guys these seem interesting, Lets go and attend the Seminar!" exclaimed Satranga in excitement and joy. "I don't have classes either at 3PM, I'm in Sattu and so is Kashish, isn't it?" Said Aaradhya, while asking Kashish. Kashish rolled her eyes off and said "I would to spend my time investing in Library not by wasting in some myths."

"Ohoo Kashu, stop being a baby! It will be fun than your Books." Said Aaradhya. "Ok, fine but don't tell me anything if I get into an argument." Said Kashish, everyone nodded their head and went towards Audi 2.

Audi 2

The program is going to start please find your seats. Announced the anchor. After 10-20 mins, Auditorium is talking and whispering, waiting for the guest. Anchor come forward and said please welcome Pr. Anant Ramkrishna on stage with your warm greeting and huge round of applause.

Anchor Sat on a couch and Professor sat on either side.

A: Sir Welcome to Delhi University, its feels very great that I am sitting just in front of you.

P: Thank you, Thank you!

A: Sir we are very excited to dig into the stories and your experiences.

P: Sure, lets proceed!

A: Sir people are very curious about incident of 2018, "The Missing Archaeological Team near Kashi" can you share your thoughts over it.

P: Oh, that case! That is a mystery to us too, Professor Shrikant had a theory that Kashi, City of Lord Shiva has some mysterious temple, and some hidden temples near Kashi.

He had some ancient documents that shows and indicate over a temple near Kashi and that Temple has way through a cave.

A: Oh, really sir!

P: Yeah, He made a team for that survey and went in cave that he concludes is way to reach temple. He and his team went inside and they are responding quick but after 2 hours they are neither answering our calls nor responding through walkie talkie. After a day, we tried to find them and reach to them, but after research and search operation we are unable to find them.

A: Ohk sir, what are your views over that mysterious temple and these mysterious things and places?

P: As an Archaeologist and the proves I see, and past experiences I believe that yes, this temple, palaces exist. Our Sanatan Dharm has very developed architecture, as you see temples that we discovered has amazing architecture and brick placement, they did not use any glue and adhesive but they are standing still over a vast period. And Every temple and structure mentioned in Puranas that we read, has been found, so yes may be there may be hidden temples.

After Seminar

"I wonder about that temple." Aradhya said, "There is nothing to wonder about Aaru, it's all fake!" exclaimed Kashish.

"Nothing is fake Kashish; it is just you don't believe in this doesn't mean it's all fake!" arrogantly stated Satranga. "It's all fake shit, that is made to gain attraction of people Sattu, it's a true filmy story!" replied Kashish. "I don't believe that its fake people are missing after entering that cave, and it's not just one case there are another cases too." Replied Satranga. "Ohk guys don't get into a fight." Said Aaradhya coming in between them and pulling them behind.

"Guys everything needs to be proven, if you do not have evidence means your truth does not exist. So according to this, Satranga statement has articles, many statement etc. But Kashish you have no evidence to support your evidence." Concluded Tyagi.

"Shut up Tyagi, I'm going to prove that I'm right and this myths don't exist!" said Kashish in anger, her fair skin turned into pinkish red, her beautiful brown eyes have a fire shine in them.

"Cool down miss, just prove your point." Said Tyagi. "I'm going to prove you and Satranga wrong." Said Kashish, "Ohk guys we need to go to super market to buy some essential." Said Aradhya while cutting off everyone and changing the topic.

They left from there...

At Night

Kashish is searching web from past 3 hours finding all essential resources and evidence for 'Professor Shrikant and missing team case'. She got some articles but that is not enough to prove them wrong.
