Chapter 4

Shiv's POV:

Next morning

Shiv did his morning routine with Pt. Govind, Govind and Shiv went to Shiva Temple and Shiv said

"Pandit ji I am going to downstairs." Said Shiv in cold voice.

"Sure, take your time Shiv." He replied

He went to basement, and offer prayers to Shiva, did abhisheka and wiped his brother's picture with heavy tears in his eyes.

"Chote your sacrifice will not going to waste, I will make sure it, and find that culprit who is behind your dead. Happy birthday Chote." Shiv's tears left his eyes and fall on Abhya's photo frame. He took out old garland and replace it by new one.

He got very emotional, He started reading Purana, after that he meditate.

After some hours,

A call rang on Shiv's ,

"Hello?"

"Shiv Bhaiya, its Satranga here."

"Oh Satranga, how are you?"

"I am fine, I have to tell you something."

"Tell me, what it is?"

"Bhaiya my friend Kashish had a curiosity to survey near Nigiri caves! I tried to stop her, but she is too stubborn."

Hearing Kashish name, a bulk of thoughts ran into Shiv's mind, his body got goosebumps, and felt like a connection.

"So?" Shiv replied after a second.

"Bhaiya, you know what happened their last time, I didn't want to lose another friend."

"You will not, I will take care of everything."

"Bhaiya, just another thing, Aaradhya wants to visit your house, and you know why!"

"It's her right Satranga, she loves Abhya, she has this right, I will make all arrangements."

"Ohk Bhaiya, thank you."

Shiv hangs up the call.

Shiv's stares at Abhya's photo frame and said "Chote, Aaradhya is coming to visit you. She still loves you." Shiv got lost in memories

"Bhaiya, I am tired of eating food made by Ahilya Ma, I think we need change!" said Abhya while sitting on floor.

"Chote, I don't think I should cook, we all get food poisoning." Said Shiv and everyone chuckled.

"No Bhaiya, I think we need some more females in the house," said Abhya and take a bite.

"I don't understand you, Chote?"

"Your little brother is in love Shiv." Said Ahilya answering Shiv's question.

"What? You are in love, with who? Where is she from?"

"Bhaiya, don't react like a typical Indian mom!" said Abhya and drink a lot of water.

He continued "She is from my college, see it's her image." Abhya handed Shiv his phone and showed picture of Aaradhya.

"Ohk, when you will make us meet with her?" said Shiv.

"Very soon."

"Abhya I am going to meet Aaradhya soon, but without you." He said in deep grief, looking at Abhya's photo frame.

Aaradhya's POV:

She was in a Shiva Temple somewhere outside Delhi.

"I miss you Abhya, I really miss you, Happy birthday my love, Mr. Padhaku (bookworm)" cried Aaradhya looking at the phone screen.

"Abhya, do you remember we used to come here, cause you find peace near Lord Shiva. Abhya, you used to love sitting here with me, telling me tales about Shiva and Shakti." She said weeping and tears are falling on her phone screen over his picture.

"Abhya, do you remember our first meet?"

At university college, 2021

I was getting bullied by seniors, they are making fun of me.

"Hey, you Chashmis, come in front show some moves!" Senior 1

"No... No, first let her tell her name!" said Senior 2

"I...I am A.... Aaradhya...Aaradhya Verma," said Aaradhya

"So you are A...A..Aaradhyaaaa" Senior 1 said making fun of her.

"Now show some moves A..A...Aradhya" said Senior 3, making bad eye on her.

"Guys leave us please, we will complaint to Dean!" a loud yet feared voiced come from back.

"Come in front cheek, we will stop this." Said senior in aggression.

A handsome boy with good height came in front, he wore a Kurta and paired it with Jeans. Its like love at first sight.

"Stop ragging us." He said again.

"What is your name cheek?" said Senior 1

"Abhya Kumar" he said with all pride.

Suddenly Dean came there with some faculty, and everyone rushed towards their classes.

In rush, Abhya holds my hand and we together ran into our class.

"Sorry... I am sorry" Abhya said leaving my hand.

"It's alright! Which course?"

"BSc in Psychology"

"Oh, hi batchmate," said Aaradhya.

Aaradhya was weeping into her phone screen remembering everything.

"Everyone is reacting like, they forgot your birthday Abhya, but they all are very bad at pretending." She said wiping off her tears.

"They all are sad, but they are not accepting." She spoke to herself.

.....

Aaradhya spent some time their and later leave towards her dormitory.

At night,

"Aaru, do you really think there is something hidden about Abhya's dead" said Kashish closing her laptop.

"To be honest Kashu, so yes! But I also think that it can be just that I am not accepting the fact. So yes, I may not be right, but there is a gut feeling, so just believing in that." Said Aaradhya all in one breath.

"Aaru, I have something to tell you!" said Kashish.

"Hmm, "

"I heard Satranga talking to someone name Shiv, and he calls him Bhaiya, and another strange thing is, he says he doesn't want to loss another friend near Nigiri caves! And he also talked about you." Kashish said in low and doubtful voice.

"Shiv Bhaiya, I know him, he is Abhya's elder brother, but why Satranga said he doesn't want to lose another friend?" replied Aaradhya.

"I am also shocked about that! I was going to him to talk about trip arrangements but I saw he was going to terrace that at noon, I found it suspicious and followed him, and there standing behind the wall, I heard that conversation." Explain Kashish

"Kashish, I have very strong feeling, Satranga is hiding something from us." Said Aaradhya.

"I think all roads here are linked to that one cave and Kashi, we have to dig deeper and we can't trust Satranga that is for sure." Said Kashish and took a deep breath.

They discussed their views and later dozed off.
