𝓗𝓲𝓰𝓱 𝓢𝓬𝓱𝓸𝓸𝓵 𝓔𝔁𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮

There stood Charli with both pastries in her hand. She was wearing a black skirt with tights and leg warmers with a white hoodie that was covering about half of her skirt. He hair in half-up half-down style. She seemed confused her head slightly tilted once again.

Jaxx stood up and walked over to her grabbing her wrist and leading her over to his group of friends. " Hey guys,this is my sister Charli!"

She stood there quietly. Charli didn't have much social skills since being homeschooled. She looked at small group of friend's noticing the different aesthetics and color schemes they each had but, someone in particular caught her attention.

"Hii Charli im Alex!" She looked over to a girl with blond hair which was currently in low pigtails with some strands of hair out. Charli smiled at her she found her really pretty. "Hi.." there was an awkward tone to her voice.

Jaxx decided to break the awkward tension by inviting the group of 4 to sit with them. Both him and Charli packed up their things and moved to a bigger table where they could all eat and talk comfortably.

They were luckily able to sit in a booth near the back of the store. Light sat near the window seat with Alex and Levi on one side of the booth while, Luca took the other window seat with Charli and Jaxx next to him.

A few of them had ordered something small like a Frappuccino or a baked good. Charli hadn't ordered anything as she still wanted to complete her focus note that was due the day before.

Jaxx, Alex and Levi had started talking about how next semester instead of having health they would be having gym. "Hey Jaxx, does Charli go to our school I don't think I've seen her around?" Jaxx looked back at slightly confused as she whispered it like if she didn't want Charli to know that she was asking. "She's homeschooled right now but she joining next semester." Charli had turned her head to side, she wasn't eavesdropping but she figured the mentioning of homeschooled, he was talking about her.

Luca also looked over although he didn't really hang out with the group much being the youngest he never knew Jaxx had a sister. He was wondering if he had seen her around since they seem to be about in the same grade noticing that the Avid focus note she was working on was from the same teacher as his.

Charli looked back over to her notebook and computer before realizing that the white haired guy that she didn't notice as first since he was hiding behind what she was guessing was his older brother was staring at her. They were both just staring at each other before Charli had tilted her head to the side out of confusion. Luca soon snapped out of his gaze, embarrassed that he had been caught with a light shade of pink coloring his cheeks out of embarrassment.

"Hi! I'm.. Luca!" He held his hand out for her to take. Charli slightly laughed at his introduction as he had a voice crack mid sentence but, nevertheless she took his hand. " Hi Luca, I'm Charli!" She gave him an awkward smile trying to avoid making eye contact. "Is that the focus note for Mrs.Montez class?" She looked back up at him finally making eye contact. "Yeah, it was due yesterday but I got really lazy and didn't finish it"

"Well it looks like you almost are!" Luca looked back down to take a look at her focus note, other than Alex, Luca was the only one who took Avid. "Yeah I just I need to finish the last 2 annotations, my summary then I'm done! But I'll probably finish it at home." She started to stack her computer on top of her notebook and placing her pencil pouch on top. She tapped Jaxx on the shoulder and handed him her supplies since he was sitting the nearest to their backpacks. He raised an eyebrow at her but still took her stuff and put it in her bag. He had then noticed she still hadn't eaten anything her pastry was on a small plate untouched. That wasn't the only thing he had noticed.

Charli was talking to Luca and seemed to be enjoying it. He was having a "proud older brother" moment, it usually took Charli a bit to start talking with someone especially, someone she just met. He pushed her plate near her and she looked back at him. He signaled to the plate giving her a hint that she should eat it. He knew Charli didn't eat through the day because she would forget.

Charli looked at the plate then back at her "brother". She didn't feel comfortable eating in front of all his friends especially, since she taught they were older than her. Jaxx took this as a sign that she wanted to get going but he wasn't fully sure she seems pretty invested in the conversation she was having with his best friend's older brother Luca. Nevertheless he started to slowly end his conversation with his group of friends hinting that they had to get going.

Alex recommended that they should head to the park that was nearby. Jaxx had explained that him and Charli had already tried going but most of the playground and equipment was frozen or had snow piled up in it. She convinced him that they didn't have to go on the equipment but that they could just walk around. He agreed making sure Charli would be ok with it she reassured him although she wasn't 100%. The group of four had gotten up and walked back to their old table, to make sure they didn't think they dined and dashed and, to get their stuff.

Jaxx had paid for him and Charli and know they where waiting for the group who was still paying. "So did you make friends with Luca?" She looked up at him noticing and smug look on his face. She raised an eyebrow up at him and rolled her eyes. "I don't know yet, I mean we both seemed to talk comfortably."

She felt him wrap his arms around her resting his chin on her head. "I'm proud of you, your getting better at this."

Hiiii guys so I kinda lied... I was supposed to post this like 2 days ago?? But I kinda forgot and whole re-reading this i realize I didn't really talk about Levi or light in this chapter 😞  Tomorrow I will fix any grammar mistakes so if you see an update that's why!!!!
