She closed her eyes as a blinding flash of light struck again.

She was little, barely 6.

She was sobbing, yelling, crying.

"Make it stop!"

No one heard.

No one cared.

Another flash of light struck, harder than ever.

The little girl tried to run away, trying to get rid of the wire that was tied around her wrist, holding her in.

Her eyes were closed tightly, and she didn't dare open them.

The door slammed open, and a stream of white mist floated in.

It was cold.

Very cold.

The girl screamed like she never had before. The lightning had been better.

No heard.

No one cared.

The door closed with a slam, leaving the girl in the dark room, all alone.
