a month or so ago I started getting super lazy. couldn't be bothered cooking, just ate frozen pizza and take out, and didn't notice my clothes getting slowly.. tighter? cut to this morning, I put on my jeans and crop top (which fit me super well not too long ago). But when I sit down... well, there's a bit more of me than I remember. It's only a few pounds, and I'm sure it's not too noticeable, but my belly seems to be jiggling a bit more than I remember. I went out for lunch with a friend today in this outfit and had my usual order (eggs Benedict with extra extra bacon), and my friend kept looking down at my tummy. she asked if I was sure I wanted to eat all that. I'm not sure what she meant?
I don't think my slight weight gain is really that noticeable, and however much it is, I'll lose the weight soon anyway. it was a bit strange walking down the street and feeling my belly bounce as I walked, and seeing people look at my middle before my face. I went home and changed into my 'loose' jeans, (which also felt a bit snug), before ordering an afternoon snack of burgers and fries. had to undo my button halfway, which I thought was strange. my belly surged forward and rested on my lap? I was confused, as it had never done that before. the jeans I could write off as shrinking in the wash, but this? maybe it was a bit more than a few pounds...
I'm pretty sure I'm blowing this out of proportion. I haven't gained that much weight, have I? I'm sure I'm just bloated, and I'll go back to having a flat stomach in the morning. What do you think? I haven't gotten chubby, have I?

Non-FictionI was changing earlier and caught my reflection in the mirror for the first time in a while... have I really let myself go? where did all this jiggle come from? I swear I fit these jeans just fine only last week ..
