THE NEXT DAY At school Scarlet and Vince were studying in the library, nervous about what could possibly happen next. Or who was next.

"So, now the killer is copying the 96 murders?" Scarlet questioned, looking over to her boyfriend with a brow raised.

Vince shuddered, rubbing his eyes "So, they copied Casey and Steve. Your mom's chase. Rosemary is now the prime suspect. What's next, the Ghostface prank? Your bathroom chase?"

Scarlet packed her stuff, rolling her eyes "Very funny."

Vince wrapped his arm around her shoulder, kissing her temple. Scarlet giggled, biting her lip.

"How's AJ?" Vince questioned, rubbing his hand up and down Scarlet's arm.

Scarlet bit her lip, looking up at Vince "She's doing okay. Uncle Roman is keeping me posted. Aunt Courtney might come back with Lottie."

Vince unlocked his locker, blushing "Your uncle scares me."

Scarlet unlocked hers, giggling "Yes, beloved. I know."

Indigo came over, holding out a coffee for Scarlet. Scarlet took it with a smile. Indigo knew how to cheer up Scarlet.

"Have you heard from Rosemary?" Indigo tilted her head, frowning.

Scarlet shook her head, biting her lip "Not since you branded him to Candyman. Heart broken, but I kinda had a feeling it was her."

While Indigo and Scarlet were talking Frederick came over and shoved Vince in to the lockers behind him.

"We got a problem, Jason?" Vince got up with Scarlet's help.

"Yeah, you fuckers are the reason Rosemary is in jail. Fucking losers." Frederick snapped at them.

Scarlet pinned Frederick against the locker, tilting her head "If you ever lay a hand on my boyfriend again, I'll kill you. Do you hear me?"

Frederick gulped, anxiously nodding knowing what Scarlet could do to him. After all, she was Roman Roberts' niece. Frederick left, officially afraid of Scarlet. Scarlet helped Vince up. She was always saving his ass.

Scarlet wrapped her arms around Vince's waist, placing a delicate kiss on his shoulder. Vince kissed her head.

"Do you think Rose wants to leave me? I mean, she was in jail over night, because of me." Indigo frowned, looking down at her boots.

Scarlet shook her head, biting her lip "I wouldn't worry about that, love."

Vince shrugged, examining his cheek in the mirror "Try to be gentle with her."

A kid in a Ghostface ran down the hall, spooking Indigo, Scarlet, and Vince. Scarlet fell back into Vince, covering her face.

"Oh, shit!" Indigo exclaimed, covering her face as well.

Scarlet rolled her eyes, scoffing in disgust "They're really trying to get this school in the spirit of Halloween and Christmas, aren't they?"

"Or, they're saying we're suspects, cause of our uncles." Vince looked down at Scarlet, shrugging.

Scarlet cupped his face, looking into his eyes "Hey, snap out of it, Schneider. We're not our uncles."

Vince bit his lip, nodding "You're right."

Indigo smiled a bit, looking behind her "I'm gonna go find Rosemary, okay?"

Scarlet waved her off, smiling a bit "Good luck, love."

Indigo waved in return, going to see Rosemary. Scarlet closed her locker, looking over to Vince.

"Sweetheart..." Vince bit his lip, cupping her cheeks.

Scarlet pecked his lips, biting her lip "If things were different..."

"I know, but this is our life now, baby." Vince frowned, kissing her forehead.

Scarlet nodded, sighing "Will you wait for me? I have to fix my lipstick."

Vince nodded, kissing her cheek "Of course."

SCARLET APPLIED HER Bright red lipstick, hearing two girls come in. She stood up seeing her ex-friend Jasmine and her friend, Alexis.

"Hey, Scarlet." Alexis smiled a bit, waving at the girl.

Scarlet waved in return, rubbing her lips together "Hi, Lexi."

"Are you going to Freddy's party, tonight?" Jasmine chuckled, tilting her head.

Scarlet nodded, crossing her arms "Yeah, me and Vince are going with Indigo."

Jasmine hummed, raising her brow "Vince Schneider? Prime suspect along with Rosemary Hudson, Vince Schneider?"

Scarlet rolled her eyes, shaking her head "Not discussing this with you."

Alexis grabbed Jasmine's wrist, walking away with her "Bye, Scarlet."

Scarlet waved, nodding "Yeah, bye."

After the two girls left Scarlet started to put her make up away, looking around hearing someone call her name.

"Hello?" Scarlet called out, walking closer to the bathroom stall.

Scarlet backed away, looking under the stall. A Ghostface came out, trying to grab Scarlet. Scarlet ducked then ran out of the bathroom. Vince looked up from his phone, seeing his girlfriend run out of the bathroom. Scarlet screamed, hitting Vince's chest then falling on her ass.

Vince helped her up, hugging her "Baby, what happened? What happened?"

"A guy in the Ghostface mask tried to get me." Scarlet cried, holding onto Vince.

Vince rubbed her back, kissing her head "Hey, hey. I got you, baby. You're safe. It's okay."

Scarlet clung onto Vince, not wanting to let go. When was it going to end?
