Isabels P.o.v Most of the car ride there was silence,which made me want to pull out all of my hair. I've never enjoyed silence,expect when I was a my actual home.Because that meant that my dad wasn't home and I was safe,for now. When we had finally arrived,I got out of the car and just stood there.Usually, the people that adopt me just leave me alone outside to find out everything on my own.Some even locked me out and I had to walk around to kill some time. While I was staring at my new house,Brayden came up to me and poked me in the shoulder.I turned towards him and he gave me a smile.I gave him a small smile back which then turned back into a straight face. "Here"he said grabbing my hand,causing me to blush."I'll show you your room" "T-thank you"I said and allowed him to drag me into the house.We walked through the house until we came to a house at the end of a hall.Brayden opened the door and I was met with a light blue room. It had a bed with a white bed frame and a purple comforter.There was a white book shelf that had a few books on it,a light wooded tv stand with a small tv on it and a white desk with a desktop computer on it. The floor was made of wood and there was a purple carpet to match the bedding on the edge of the bed.I turned around and gave Brayden an actual smile for the first time. "Thank you so much"I said,wrapping my arms around him and giving him a hug.He seemed surprised at first but then hugged back. "You're welcome"he said and we stayed in the embrace until we were interrupted by a voice. "Whoa....am I interrupting something?"I got out of Braydens embrace to be faced with Mr.Mitch361. I blushed and took a step away from Brayden. "Um...well,Mitch,this is Isabel and this is who my family decided to adopt"Brayden explained to him. Mitch looked at me and then back at Brayden. "So,like,nothing's going on between you two"Mitch asked and Brayden nodded.Mitch turned to me again."Do you have a boyfriend?"He asked me and I gave him a 'Wtf' face. "Um.....no,I uh.....do not"I answered.He smiles again and turns to talk to Brayden. "Oh,yeah. Brayden,the cube guys wanted to have a group call and plan somethings for PaxPrime" Mitch turned to me."Do you know about the cube?"I just nodded,to embarrass to answer."That's cool!Would you want to go to Pax with us?" "Um.....I don't know,maybe?"I replied. "I mean....if you want to,you can"Brayden said. "Are you serious?"I asked.Me?Going to pax and meeting all the cube members?Hell yeah! "Yeah,I'm serious"He said laughing. Omg,I can't believe this is happening. Mitch poked Brayden on the shoulder in order to get his attention. "I'm sorry to break up this exciting moment but the group call's gonna happen soon"He said.He looked to me"Do you want to join us"He asked,I smiled and nodded,following them to the computer.
