Smg4 was sitting on the floor while waiting for smg3 to get the pizza. He thought about what Meggy said when he mentioned about Smg3's condition. (Could it really be me? Should I atleast try? I mean, it's worth a shot.) Smg4 thought as he waited for Smg3 to come back with the pizza. He looked at his hands, stressed out about whether smg3 was going to be okay.
Meawhile with Smg3.
"Dude just give me the pizza." Smg3 said in a frustrated voice, "Then tip me! It's not that hard you greedy bastard!" The delivery person shouted. Smg3 pinched the bridge of his nose and punched the delivery man.
"Hey 3? Just asking, about the Hanahaki disease thing." 4 looked at his phone.

"um.. Is it me?" 4 asked, Smg3 stared at him for a quick second and looked away. (I shouldn't have said that. What if it isn't me?) "..." There were a few minutes of silence until smg4 walked up to smg3 and kissed him.
