CHAPTER 18

They finally went back in the village, the sun was setting.

Before they go home, Sarada request a family picture which is Sakura and Sasuke agreed while Sakuri was force into this again.


" You such a dummy Sarada, of course i am your mother." Sakura said while preparing a dinner.

" Sorry mom. " Sarada said as she lowered her head.

" I'm sorry too Dad. "


Sakuri who jusy eating quietly, she don't care at all about her surroundings, all she think about what Madara said to her.

" I'm done eating. " Sakuri said as she stand up from her sit.

" But you didn't finish your food, Sakuri. " Sarada said

" I'm full is that what you want me to say?" Sakuri said

Sakuri just sweat dropped as Sakura chuckled awkwardly.

" Alright Sakuri rest well.." Sakura said as she smile to her daughter.

Sakuri didn't greet back as she continue to walk towards her room.

" Is there something wrong about Sakuri?" Sasuke asked, he was worried about his daughter well being.

" She just like that papa, don't worry about her. " Sarada said as she ate her food.

" Sakuri was being like that when she was a kid, it started when she was five, i guess" Sakura said as she updated her husband.

" Why she's wearing a blindfold?" Sasuke asked making Sakura lowered her head.

" I still don't know the reason but It also started since she was five. I don't want to force her. " Sakura softly explained to her husband.

" Maybe she awakened her sharingan too mom and she become blind after that.." Sarada said her opinion as Sakura looked at her daughter.

She may be right, her daughter Sakuri seems also have eye problem.

" But she so young to awaken her sharingan, Sarada..." Sakura said in defeat, she wants to believe to what Sarada's opinion.

Sasuke just listening to what they're talking about, Sasuke isn't fool. He also been through a lot to awaken his sharingan.


" ..."


In Sakuri's room, Sakuri was leaning behind her door, hearing everything conversation from outside. Her blindfold loosen as her eyes stare at nothingness.

" Always like that, talking about me when i wasn't around. " Sakuri bitterly mumble.

She didn't even bother to turned on the lights, she just sit and lean on her door.

" Don't you have something to do?" Madara asked

" I do have, but I'm tired right now..." Sakuri said as she touch her head.

Sakuri went to her bed, she didn't bother to change her clothes. Her head was hurting her so bad that make her lose her appetite.

" I'm so tired..." Sakuri mumble. Her kanji eyes start to glow in red.

" Tired of what?" Madara asked

" Tired of being hurt?" Madara added

" Maybe..." Sakuri said

Little by little Sakuri will realize that she's been hurt for so long.

But still Madara doesn't know what power of Sakuri's mangekyo sharingan until now, Sakuri just closed her eyes and hoping she would not get another nightmare.

Sakuri was so unlucky, she gasp in air as she woke from another nightmare. She sit up from bed and touch her head.

" Fuckin shit. " Sakuri curse and frowning.

It's still midnight and the full moon is still showing. She can't sleep anymore.

' This nightmares is killing me...' Sakuri thought, she stand up from the bed and start to change her clothes to thick night clothes.

Before she leave the room, she tie her blindfold around her eyes and went straight to the kitchen to get some water.

Suddenly she sense her father was there sitting in the dinner table.

" Sakuri?" Sasuke said in confused, why his daughter is still awake.

" .... "

Sakuri was confused, her father isn't sleeping. But she ignored it and get her water.

" Why are you still awake?" Sasuke awkwardly asked.

" None of your business." Sakuri coldly said to him.

She drink her water calmly and was about to leave.

" Sakuri" Sasuke called, Sakuri stop walking as she didn't face her father.

" Are you okay?" Sasuke hesitantly asked, he noticed his daughter was pale.

" I'm okay, why wouldn't i?" Sakuri said. Lies came out from her mouth again, she want to say that she's not fine at all.

" Your-.."

" I'm going to my room" Sakuri said, she didn't let finished Sasuke's statement.

She walk again leaving Sasuke watching her figure. She sense her father's gaze which she ignored it until she reach her door.

' I didn't left her blind, right?' Sasuke thought

' i admit it, I'm not a good father for them but Sakuri , what happened to you?' Sasuke added.

Sasuke remember what Sakura said to him, that Sakuri was lacking of sense of emotion which makes him confused.

He asled Sakura when Sakuri wearing a blindfold. Sakuri was well aware of that, Her father will also confused about it.

" Dara.." Sakuri called

" What?"

" Just wanna talk to you.." Sakuri said

" I don't want to talk to you..." Madara irritatedly said

" But i want to"

" Just get some sleep and don't bother me!" Madara said, he wants to bonk her head but he can't do it.

" I don't to get another nightmare. I'm tired of it. " Sakuri said as she sigh.

" .... "

" Can you just train me? Dara?" Sakuri said

" In the middle of the night? Are you kidding me?" Madara unbelievable said as he raise his eyebrow.

" Yes. You're not going to sleep either. " Sakuri sarcastically said and let out a chuckled.

" ...... "

Madara think about this. This isn't his first time to teach a kid anyway. If she teach Sakuro all he knows, Sakuri will easily overpowered him.

" Fine, in one condition..." Madara said as he smirked

" What is it?" Sakuri asked, she didn't expect Madara will agree and have one condition.

In the morning, Sakuri prepared herself. Sarada told her that thier father is going on his mission again which Sakuri don't care.

" Hurry up, Sakuri!" Sarada yelled from outside the room.

" So annoying..." Sakuri mumble in irritated, she tied her blindfold and went out out from her room.

" Come on. " Sarada said as she dragged her sister in outside as soon as she saw her sister inr front of her door.

They're going to see thier father off in the gate of Konoha.

As they reach the gate, Sasuke was facing his family. She feel nothing unlike her sister, who is feeling sad about thier father's departure.

" When you will comeback, Dad?" Sarada asked, her voice is kinda sad.

Sasuke only looked at his daughter in furrowed eyebrow, he also don't want to leave after seeing his daughters but for the sake of the world he needs to go.

Sasuke hugged Sarada as she taken by surprised, he broke teh hug and poke Sarada's forehead that made her smile.

" Until next time.." Sasuke said as he smile to his daughter.

Sakuri jsut standing there do nothing but to breath. The emotions she started to understand thanks to Madara, was starting to build it up inside her heart.

" Sakuri.." Sasuke called making Sakurui turned her attention to his father.

"..." Sakuri did nit answer but to look to his father, suddenly he hugged her too making her surprise more.

" Behave well. " Sasuke softly said to her making Sakuri feel soemthing agaion.

" I'm going to wait you.." Sakuri suddenly said. Even though its a lie that came out from her mouth. She also want it to become true.

She don't want to wait for her father because she hated people making her wait. What if he comes back again after a years like he did before.

Sasuke broke the hugged and tap her forehead, unlike to Sarada, Sakuri did feel nothing but confused.

" Here, dear.." Sakura said as she handed the bento box to her husband.

Sakura seems waiting for something from her husband, Sasuke quickly get what Sakura's want and immediatly face forward and start to leave.

" Bye Dad!!" Sarada yelled from the back as she wave her hand.
