Party! ( This Chapter Is More About The Side Ship)

After picking and finally buying their gift Genya and Muichiro decided to buy some food for the party. They decided to go to a special place to do so. As they entered a cafe a certain sakura mochi haired girl greeted them.

"Eek! Hi Muichiro and Genya! I thought you were gonna take time off your work today?" Mitsuri went up to them.

"Hi Mrs. Kanroji, we want to buy something from here. Anything good for a party?" Muichiro wondered.

"Oh sure! Well we do have these cupcakes, they are perfect for parties!" Mitsuri pointed at the dessert.

Genya had thought, and he had an idea!

"Do you guys have ohagi instead? That's my brothers favorite!" Genya asked.

"Ofcourse we do have Ohagi! Its the second best dessert here. Customers love it. Dont ya see the sign outside? Haha! " Mitsuri giggled.

Muichiro and Genya looked behind. Both saw the poster.
(it had "Ohagi specialty!" written in it)

"Oh... Were blind.." both said in sync.

"Bahaha! Oh and I almost forgot, me and Obi are invited to the party. So we'll go with you and we will bring the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes." Mitsuri carried the box of cupcakes.

"Thats some big portions Mrs. Kanroji." Muichiro eyes sparkled at the amount.

"Ofcourse idiot, its a party." Genya spoke.

Muichiro giggled a bit to this response.

Muichiro then replied "Yeah" to this and sighed.

Just then Obanai had walked in. And greeted the two along with Mitsuri.

"Mitsu darling you ready?" Obanai had asked his wife.

"Well umm these two had a request though. They wanted to bring ohagi to the party an-" just before she could finish he did it for her.

"Dont worry, I've already done the box of ohagi too actually. I still know this was Sanemi's favorite so I thought I would bring it too."

Genya had thanked Obanai and soon the couples and friends(soon to be boyfriends) had gone to the Shinazugawa's residence for the birthday party.

As soon as they arrived they had seen Sanemi's mother and siblings preparing once they opened the door. All of them were busy. with some wrapping presents, decorating, and helping Shizu cook.

"Hi mom" Genya had greeted.

"Oh hi sweetie! Im so happy to see you! I've missed you so much. Have you been eating you look a little skinny? How's school been?" Shizu had worried and missed her son.

"I've been finee, I took care of myself too. Anyway I did bring the gift!" Genya took out the present in his bag.

"What is it? Oh and hello there Muichiro. We've met before in a video call haven't we? Glad to see you here in person." Shizu greeted Muichiro.

"Hello Mrs. Shinazaguwa, and we bought matching hats for him and his partner." Muichiro says.

"Thats cute!" Shizu adored.

"Ahem" Obanai then cleared.

"Hello Mrs. Shinazugawa! We brought the food. And especially ohagi!" Mitsuri showed the boxes.

"That looks appetizing! But I did already cook some ohagi. Although we still could use some more. That amount is already fine too. Thank you!" Shizu then helps with the boxes of cupcakes and puts them inside.

"Lets all come in now! He will come home soon." Shizu invited them all to come and prepare.

30 minutes later.....

They all heard a knock on the door. Everyone hid since it was time. They all expected Sanemi to be the one at the front. To their surprise it wasn't who they thought it was.

"Surpr- HUH??" Shizu was in shock. They saw a man standing in the front door with long spikey hair and ocean blue eyes.

"Pardon me for the intrusion. Im here for your sons birthday im his umm... Other bestfriend." Shizu sighed at this answer.

"False alarm everyone.. Its just a guest." everyone then sighed.

"Tamioka?! What are you doing here?" both Muichiro and Obanai spoke.

"I've heard from Tanjiro about the party and I bought a gift." Muichiro then greeted Tamioka and introduced him.

"Im Giyuu Tamioka his uhh... Best friend you can say for now." Giyuu exclaimed.

"Ohh.. Okk" Genya spoke.

After this occurance everyone engaged in conversation to wait for the one with a birthday.

Another 30 minutes later.....

This time they heard another knock. They were all sure this time it was him. Shizu had opened the door and finally..

"Surprise!!" yelled by everyone.

"Wow what a way to come home." Sanemi happily says.

Everyone had sang the happy birthday song ofcourse. And after that it he blew the candles and it was time to eat for everyone.

Muichiro and Genya were eating together and then Genya noticed something on Muichiro's cheek. He wiped it off and Muichiro looks at him. He blushed a bit and looked away. Meanwhile Genya was unbothered and suddenly realised what he did and felt flustered and turned red.

While music was playing and everyone was happy and were engaging in conversation. Some also danced.
Though Sanemi looked at someone particular. It was Giyuu Tamioka himself. He walked up to him. Both went to Mrs. Shinazaguwa.
Genya had seen this and wondered what was happening as his mother had a really shocked face. After she looked happy and had a handshake with Tamioka. It was weird and he wanted to hear the news.

20 minutes later...

It was now time for presents! Sanemi was infront to each reaction to a present.

"Here's from me brother!" Genya gave his present.

"Uhh you mean its from us right?" Muichiro looked at Genya with an annoyed look.

"Finee, its from me AND MUICHIRO" Genya said highlighting a bit of words.

"Thats more like it." Muichiro then chuckled.

Sanemi had started to unwrap his present. Ripping apart the beautiful wrapping paper.

"A hat? Two hats that are the same...oh! Matching hats! I guess its kinda fine. Why does it have half a heart design on each hat?" Sanemi questions.

"Well actually its for your partner! Which you haven't told us who they are yet.." Sanemi then blushed at Muichiro's reply.

"You have a partner Sanemi? How come I dont know either?!" Obanai questions as he thinks if they're still best friends.

"Oh uhh.. So uh.." He glances at Tamioka. Giyuu felt a shiver down his spine.

Mrs. Shinazaguwa giggles as she had already heard the news. Everyone then looked at her in confusion trying to figure out what was happening.

"Wait why are you glaring at Tamioka? Wait a minute... Could it be...KYAA NO WAYY" Mitsuri realized.

"Wait a second...WHAT" Genya's jaw drops as he then Realizes. So did Muichiro's after knowing damn well Tamioka is their PE teacher.

"YOU'RE GAY WITH TAMIOKA??!!" Obanai shouts. He felt betrayed as he remembered both had gossiped about hating this man before.

Giyuu blushed as they all realized. He then excused to go to the bathroom. Everyone then stared at the white haired boy and immediately everyone kept intriguing him with questions.
