Liv's POV
"Why don't you start by telling me why you are here."
I looked to my right, and he didn't seem to want to say anything.
"I guess I will be the one to start the conversation as usual."
"Oh, here we go." He scoffs.
"You see, Dr. Grace, my husband here doesn't believe in 'therapy'. He says it's a waste of time."
"No offense, doc." He says.
She waves it off and then motions for me to continue. I sigh.
"You are the last hope for us."
"I see," she says, making a note on her pad. "Let's start with something simple. How did you two meet?"
I grin to myself and see out of the side of my eye he cuts his eyes to me with a similar grin on his face.

Liv's POV
"Come on already."
"Why did I even let you talk me into this?"
"Because you loooove me."
My friend, April, hugs me from behind.
"Okay, okay. I'm ready."
"You are going to love Kookie's friend."
I roll my eyes as I follow her down the hall to her living room, where her parents sit watching TV. I have always been envious of how in love her parents are with each other. They currently sit cuddled on the couch. Her legs are across his lap, and his arms rest on them as he rubs slow circles. They are always touching each other, holding hands, sitting side-by-side. I have watched them cook supper together over the years. They exchange little kisses and dirty looks when they think no one is looking. I want a love like that one day.
"Where are you girls off to?" Her mom asks.
"Meeting Kookie and his friend to go bowling."
"Spending the night, Liv?"
"Yep."
Her mom turns back to the TV.
"Back by 11:00 PM, ladies." Her dad calls over his shoulder.
We hop into my Honda and take off toward the bowling alley. April and Jungkook have been dating for a couple of months now. She has been trying to set me up with his friend, finally wearing me down. Twenty minutes later, we pull into the parking lot beside Jungkook's matte black Audi R8. He apparently comes from. He is standing at the back of his car, talking to a guy I have never seen before. We climb out, and she bounds over toward Kook into his waiting arms. After a quick kiss, she turned to the guy beside him and hugged him before hooking her arm through his, bringing him over.
"Olivia, my bestest friend in the entire world, I want you to meet Taehyung."
He gives me a small, quick smile. I nod my head at him in acknowledgment. We make our way in, April and Kook hand-in-hand, Taehyung and eye trailing behind in awkward silence.
"Liv, what size?"
"9.5"
Bowling shoes in hand, we make our way over to the lane. After putting shoes on, I go on the hunt for the right weight ball and bring it back, placing the ball on the return.
"Okay, guys versus girls."
"That's not f-"
I shoot her a look, subtly shaking my head, and she closes her mouth, an evil look sparkles in her eye.
