The following week, Leon and Skyler found themselves seated on a bench near the courtyard, Leon with his sketchbook in hand.
Skyler strummed a few playful chords. "Alright, Picasso, show me what you got."
Leon chuckled, pencil poised. "Prepare for a masterpiece."
As Leon sketched, Skyler couldn't resist teasing. "So, this sketch is gonna make me look even more handsome, right?"
Leon smirked. "You wish. Maybe a bit less messy hair, though."
Skyler mock-gasped. "Messy hair is an art form!"
"Just like your guitar playing, huh?" Leon shot back with a grin.
Skyler feigned offense. "Hey now, my guitar is a virtuoso. It's your drawing skills that are suspect."
Leon laughed. "Suspect? You're just jealous I can capture your essence on paper."
Skyler leaned in dramatically. "Leon, you're unveiling the inner workings of my soul!"
Leon paused his sketching, looking deadpan. "Your soul appears to be 50% music, 30% questionable fashion choices, and 20% love for messy hair."
Skyler burst into laughter. "Alright, Picasso, you win this round. But my messy hair stays!"
Their banter echoed through the courtyard, creating a comedic interlude in the sweet melody of their growing friendship. Little did they know, these playful exchanges were just the beginning of a love story written with laughter and shared sketches.
